Abstract

Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Gefriertrocknungsanlage mit einer Kammer, in der sich übereinander angeordnete Stellflächen (4) befinden, sowie mit Be- und Entladeeinrichtungen;
die Kammer besitzt eine mit Schließmitteln (11, 12) ausgerüstete Beladeöffnung (2), durch die die in der Kammer befindlichen Stellflächen (4) mit Behältern (5) beladen werden;
die Einrichtungen zur Beladung der Stellflächen (4) mit Behältern (5) ist der Beladeöffnung (2) vorgelagert und umfasst ein Förderband (6), das der Zuführung der Behälter (5) dient, einen zwischen einer Betriebsstellung und einer Ruhestellung verstellbaren Transfertisch (7), der der Überbrückung des Zwischenraums zwischen Förderband (6) und Stellfläche (4) dient, sowie einen Beladeschieber (8) zum schubweisen Transfer einer Mehrzahl von Behältern (5) vom Förderband (6) über den Transfertisch (7) auf die Stellfläche (4);
zur Reduzierung der Beladezeiten wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Transfertisch (7) während der Beladung der Stellflächen (4) seine Betriebsstellung im wesentlichen beibehält und dass zumindest der oberhalb des Transfertisches (7) liegende Bereich der Beladeöffnung (2) nach einem Beladeschub geschlossen wird.
