Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zur physikalischen und/oder chemischen Behandlung von Teilen unter Verwendung eines Träger- und/oder Reaktionsgases, insbesondere zur Entbinderung von Formteilen, beschrieben. Die zu behandelnden Teile werden entlang einem Förderweg durch die Vorrichtung geführt und dabei mit dem Träger- und/oder Reaktionsgas beaufschlagt. Die Vorrichtung weist in Förderrichtung der Teile mindestens zwei hintereinander angeordnete Behandlungskammern auf, durch die sich der Förderweg erstreckt, wobei jede Behandlungskammer eigene Einführeinrichtungen für das Träger- und/oder Reaktionsgas aufweist. Jede Behandlungskammer weist ferner zumindest einen Teil einer Umwälzeinrichtung für das Träger- und/oder Reaktionsgas auf. Gasleiteinrichtungen sorgen für eine Beaufschlagung der Teile quer zur Förderrichtung derselben.
