Claims (17)

  1. Emballage avec une découpe en carton (carton) permettant de former une coupe recevant le produit à emballer et possédant un dos (12) et une paroi latérale, au moins une languette (20, 24) en carton (carton) étant coudée vers l'extérieur à partir du bord (18, 22, 32) de paroi latérale qui est détourné du dos (12), et avec une pièce en plastique soudée à la ou aux languette(s) (20, 24), permettant de fermer la coupe, de la maintenir assemblée par le joint soudé, et d'avoir une vue claire et dégagée ou du moins presque dégagée à l'intérieur de la coupe, caractérisé en ce qu'un volet (28) servant à ouvrir l'emballage est séparé de la coupe, lequel comporte une languette d'arrachage coudée vers l'extérieur, disposée à la suite de la pièce en plastique et soudée à celle-ci de façon détachable.
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une languette (24) est élargie et pourvue d'un oeillet (26) pour la suspension de l'emballage.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'aux alentours de l'oeillet (26), la pièce en plastique est soudée à la languette (24) et renforce la languette (24).
  4. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le volet (28) est adjacent à la languette (24) servant à suspendre l'emballage.
  5. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le volet (28) se trouve en face de la languette (24) servant à suspendre l'emballage.
  6. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la ou les languette(s) (20, 24) ainsi que la languette d'arrachage se trouvent au moins partiellement dans un même plan, et en ce que la pièce en plastique est constituée d'un film plastique (10) et possède une ou plusieurs parties plates susceptibles d'être appliquées en biais les unes contre les autres.
  7. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la ou les languette(s) (20, 24) et la languette d'arrachage sont au moins partiellement inclinées les unes vers les autres, et en ce que la pièce en plastique est constituée d'un film plastique (10) et se bombe au moins par endroits vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur.
  8. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique est une calotte thermiquement préformée, apte à se bomber vers l'intérieur ou l'extérieur.
  9. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il a un appui stable sur la coupe.
  10. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la coupe possède un dos plat (12) et des parois latérales (14, 16) plates au moins par endroits, formant de préférence un angle droit ou obtus avec le dos (12).
  11. Emballage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il a un appui stable sur les bords inférieurs (30, 38) du dos (12) et/ou d'une ou plusieurs paroi(s) latérale(s) (14).
  12. Emballage selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que le dos (12) comporte une fenêtre, un poussoir avec une fonction de maintien et/ou de stabilisation, une perforation d'arrachage et autres.
  13. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le volet (28) est une paroi latérale de la coupe, articulée avec le dos (12), qui est en décalage vers l'intérieur par rapport aux parois latérales (14) adjacentes, essentiellement de l'équivalent de la largeur de la languette d'arrachage.
  14. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique s'étend, au moins par endroits, parallèlement au dos (12) de la coupe.
  15. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique est, au moins par endroits, inclinée en biais contre le dos (12) de la coupe.
  16. Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique est constituée d'une matière synthétique biodégradable.
  17. Emballage multiple, avec plusieurs coupes et de préférence une pièce en plastique commune selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16.
