Claims (13)
- Ein Apparat mit einem schwimmenden Innenbehälter (2) zur Aufnahme eines Kabels (1) und einem Antriebssystem (6), wobei
der Innenbehälter (2) als ein schwimmender Körper mit einem Boden (5) und Seiten und durch Platzieren des Innenbehälters (2) in einen Außenbehälter (4) ausgeführt ist, so dass ein Zwischenraum zwischen dem Innenbehälter (2) und dem Außenbehälter (4) zum Füllen eines Fluids in den Zwischenraum gebildet wird;
mindestens eine Trägereinheit zum Tragen des Innenbehälters (2) im Inneren des Außenbehälters (4) bereitgestellt ist, die die Rotation des Innenbehälters (2) in Bezug auf den Außenbehälter (4) gestattet; und
ein Antriebssystem (6) angepasst ist, den Innenbehälter (2) in Bezug auf den Außenbehälter (4) zu rotieren. - Der Apparat nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Innenbehälter (2) und der Außenbehälter (4) zylindrisch sind oder mehrere Kanten aufweisen.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Innenbehälter (2) einen ersten äußeren Durchmesser und der Außenbehälter (4) einen zweiten inneren Durchmesser aufweist, so dass der Zwischenraum zwischen dem Innenbehälter (2) und dem Außenbehälter (4) ausreichend groß ist, einen Kontakt beim Füllen des Zwischenraums mit einem Fluid zu vermeiden, und ausreichend klein ist, so dass die Struktur kompakt ist und keine großen Fluidvolumina erfordert.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Trägereinheit eine in dem Innenbehälter (2) und dem Außenbehälter (4) zentral positionierte Aufhängung (8) zur schwingenden Befestigung des Innenbehälters (2) in dem Außenbehälter (4) einschließt.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Trägereinheit Rolleneinheiten (9) entlang des Umfangs des Innenbehälters (2) einschließt.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Antriebseinheit (6) mindestens einen Motor (10) zum Antreiben der Rolleneinheiten (9) und zur Rotation des Innenbehälters (2) in Bezug auf den Außenbehälter (4) einschließt.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Antriebssystem eine Motoreinheit (6) mit einem Antriebsrad und einer Zahnstange entlang des Umfangs des Innenbehälters (2) einschließt.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Antriebseinheit (6) eine Motoreinheit mit mechanischer Übersetzung in Verbindung mit dem Zentrum des Innenbehälters (2) einschließt.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Außenbehälter (4) und der Innenbehälter (2) eine obere Aufweitung mit einem hauptsächlich horizontalen Abschnitt (21) an dem Außenbehälter (4) und einem horizontalen Abschnitt an dem Innenbehälter (2) einschließt.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Rolleneinheit (9) auf den hauptsächlich horizontalen Abschnitten (13, 21) zwischen dem Außenbehälter (4) und dem Innenbehälter (2) läuft.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 1, der ferner Befestigungselemente zum Sichern der Beladung in dem Innenbehälter (2) in Bezug auf den Außenbehälter (4) einschließt.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 1, der ferner eine Pumpe und ein System zum Regeln des Fluidstandes in dem Zwischenraum zwischen dem Außenbehälter (4) und dem Innenbehälter (2) einschließt.
- Der Apparat nach Anspruch 1, der ferner eine Innenbegrenzung (3) zum Tragen des Kabels einschließt, die an dem Boden (5) in dem Zentralbereich des Innenbehälters (2) platziert ist.
