Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a closure with tamper-evident means for a container, in particular for liquid and pasty filling.
  • Such a closure is preferably used for the storage and supply of liquid or pasty filling material in the field of the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry, in order to obtain e.g. Disinfectant, detergent, paint, a cosmetic or pharmaceutical ointment or gel, mayonnaise, ketchup or other liquid or pasty substance provide.
  • the tamper-evident device is used to display and secure the original condition, as the integrity of the tamper-indicating device indicates the sealed condition of the container and its breakage indicates the unsealed condition of the container.
  • Known closures of this kind for a container have a tear strip, by which the closure is sealed in the closed original state, and which the user before the first opening of the closure interrupted.
  • the disadvantage of such closures that the tear strip is obtained as a waste product, which, for example, to avoid environmental pollution, must be disposed of separately.
  • This disadvantage is avoided in other known closures characterized in that the tear strip remains connected after tearing with eg one end to the closure.
  • the disadvantage here is still that the tear strip claimed in this arrangement a certain amount of space and is therefore often perceived as a hindrance in the subsequent use of the closure.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide an improved closure with a tamper-evident device, which is particularly convenient to use.
  • the closure according to the invention has the advantage that the tamper-evident element is reliably held by the holding device on the first part even in the third position, when it is separated from the second part.
  • this prevents the originality element from coming loose unintentionally.
  • the closure of the invention allows the manufacturer a simple and secure sealing of the closure and the user the comfortable handling of the closure, in particular a convenient and secure opening of the tamper-evident seal.
  • the first part may be a lower part of the closure, the second part corresponding to an upper part of the closure. But it is also possible and preferably provided that the second part forms the lower part and the first part of the upper part of the closure.
  • the terms upper and lower part may in particular refer to the orientation relative to the container.
  • the lower part is preferably a component which has at least one outlet opening and at least one container connection section, via which it can be connected to the container.

  • the outlet opening is preferably surrounded by a mouth element, which is preferably a hollow cylinder-like component, which preferably rises from the top plate and is closed off by a mouth element head plate in which the outlet opening is arranged.
  • the transition between the top plate and the mouth element preferably has a transition with a rounded cross-sectional profile.
  • This rounded shape has the advantage that no inner edge areas occur in which the contents or undesirable external substances could be deposited. This would be particularly true in the deposition of germinating agents, e.g. Food, in the area of the closure, in particular the outlet opening, a problem, since these substances could serve in this exposed position as germ layers for bacteria. In addition, these substances could give the user an unaesthetic impression.
