Claims (11)
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière qui peut être alimenté avec un mélange de combustible et d'air, comprenant une plaque de support (2) ayant :un côté externe (3) et un côté interne (4) opposé au côté externe (3) et prévu pour faire face à une chambre de combustion,une ou plusieurs premières parties de raccordement (5) pour un raccordement amovible de la plaque de support (2) à la chambre de combustion,une ouverture de passage (8) pour le passage dudit mélange de combustible et d'air dudit côté externe (3) audit côté interne (4) à la plaque de support (2),une deuxième partie de raccordement (10) formée sur ledit côté externe (3) et adaptée pour le raccordement d'un conduit d'alimentation en combustible-air (11) à ladite plaque de support (2) en communication d'écoulement avec ladite ouverture de passage (8),une troisième partie de raccordement (18) essentiellement de forme tubulaire formée sur le côté interne (4) de la plaque de support (2) au niveau de ladite ouverture de passage (8), dans lequel ladite troisième partie de raccordement (18) fait saillie de ladite plaque de support (2) et est configurée pour un raccordement direct d'une paroi de diffuseur (19) et d'une paroi de distributeur (20) à ladite plaque de support (2) en communication d'écoulement avec ladite ouverture de passage (8),dans lequel ladite troisième partie de raccordement (18) et ladite plaque de support (2) sont formées d'un seul tenant,dans lequel ladite troisième partie de raccordement (18) a une surface interne (23) définissant ladite ouverture de passage (8), et une surface externe (24),caractérisé en ce que ladite surface externe (24) comprend :une première surface partielle circonférentielle (25) adjacente au corps en forme de plaque de la plaque de support (2) et formant un siège de diffuseur (22) essentiellement annulaire configuré ainsi afin de recevoir ladite paroi de diffuseur (19),une seconde surface partielle (26) circonférentielle agencée entre une extrémité libre (27) de la troisième partie de raccordement (18) et ladite première surface partielle (25), ladite seconde surface partielle (26) formant un siège de distributeur (21) essentiellement annulaire configuré ainsi pour recevoir ladite paroi de distributeur (20),un échelon circonférentiel (28) formé entre ladite première et ladite seconde surface partielle,dans lequel ladite première surface partielle (25) a un diamètre qui est supérieur au diamètre de ladite seconde surface partielle (26).
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit siège de diffuseur (22) est essentiellement circulaire et ledit siège de distributeur (21) est essentiellement circulaire et coaxial par rapport audit siège de diffuseur (22).
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite plaque de support (2) et ladite troisième partie de raccordement (18) sont formées d'un seul tenant par moulage sous pression de l'aluminium.
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un diffuseur avec une paroi de diffuseur (19) ayant une base qui est reçue par ledit siège de diffuseur (22) de ladite troisième partie de raccordement (18).
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le raccordement direct entre ladite paroi de diffuseur (19) et ladite troisième partie de raccordement (18) est choisi dans le groupe comprenant :les couplages par interférence,le verrouillage par vis,le verrouillage par ensemble permanent.
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, dans lequel ladite paroi de diffuseur (19) est essentiellement cylindrique et bloquée par interférence sur ledit siège de diffuseur (22).
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un distributeur avec une paroi de distributeur (20) ayant une base qui est reçue par ledit siège de distributeur (21) de ladite troisième partie de raccordement (18).
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le raccordement direct entre ladite paroi de distributeur (20) et ladite troisième partie de raccordement (18) est choisi dans le groupe comprenant :les couplages par interférence,le verrouillage par vis,le verrouillage par ensemble permanent.
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, dans lequel ladite paroi de distributeur (20) est essentiellement cylindrique et bloquée par interférence sur ledit siège de distributeur (21).
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite deuxième partie de raccordement (10) comprend :une pluralité de trous borgnes intérieurement filetés (12) qui sont formés sur le côté externe (3) de la plaque de support (2) autour de l'ouverture de passage (8) et adaptés pour recevoir des vis (13) pour la fixation du conduit d'alimentation (11),une surface d'étanchéité annulaire (14) qui est essentiellement plane et s'étendant autour de toute l'ouverture de passage (8),dans lequel lesdits trous borgnes (12) sont formés dans ladite surface d'étanchéité annulaire (14).
- Brûleur à gaz (1) pour chaudière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite première partie de raccordement (5) comprend une pluralité de trous de passage (6) formés le long d'un périmètre externe (7) de la plaque de support (2) et adaptés pour recevoir des vis pour la fixation de la plaque de support (2) sur la chambre de combustible de la chaudière.
