Description

  • L'invention concerne un étui d'application d'au moins un produit par l'intermédiaire d'un applicateur extérieur et d'un applicateur intérieur qui est monté coaxialement à l'intérieur dudit applicateur extérieur.
  • Dans un exemple d'application, le produit est à usage cosmétique, tel qu'un rouge à lèvres, ou est un produit analogue, tel qu'un produit de soin pour les lèvres ou pour une autre partie du corps.
  • L'application d'un tel produit peut être réalisée au moyen d'un applicateur formé d'un raisin se présentant sous la forme d'un bâton à appliquer par frottement, ou encore d'un pinceau ou d'un crayon d'application.
  • Pour ce faire, il est connu de prévoir un étui d'application comprenant un corps dans lequel est monté un mécanisme de déplacement du raisin entre une position escamotée dans le corps et une position saillante d'utilisation. Le mécanisme est actionné en rotation manuelle par une bague qui est montée tournante par rapport audit corps en étant associée audit mécanisme.
  • Le document US-A-2 129 051 décrit un applicateur conforme aux termes du préambule de la revendication 1.
  • Selon une réalisation connue, le raisin peut être bi-matière et/ou bi-couleur. Toutefois, les deux matières sont alors solidaires entre elles, de sorte que l'utilisatrice ne peut pas se servir indépendamment de l'une ou l'autre d'entre elles.
  • L'invention vise à perfectionner ce type d'étui en proposant d'y intégrer deux applicateurs qui sont déplaçables indépendamment dans leurs positions d'utilisation respectives. Ainsi, l'utilisatrice peut appliquer un même produit par l'intermédiaire de deux applicateurs qui diffèrent par exemple par la géométrie ou par la nature de leur zone d'application, lesdits applicateurs pouvant être utilisés indépendamment ou conjointement. En outre, deux produits différents peuvent être appliqués respectivement par un applicateur intégré dans un étui selon l'invention.
  • A cet effet, l'invention propose un étui d'application selon la revendication 1.
  • D'autres objets et avantages de l'invention apparaîtront dans la description qui suit, faite en référence aux figures annexées, dans lesquelles :
    • la figure 1 est une représentation en coupe longitudinale d'un étui d'application selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, dans laquelle les applicateurs sont en position escamotée ;
    • la figure 2 est une représentation en demi-coupe longitudinale de l'étui selon la figure 1, l'applicateur intérieur étant en position saillante d'utilisation et l'applicateur extérieur étant en position escamotée ;
    • la figure 3 est une représentation en demi-coupe longitudinale de l'étui selon la figure 1, l'applicateur intérieur étant en position saillante d'utilisation et l'applicateur extérieur étant en position saillante du corps ;
    • la figure 4 est une représentation en demi-coupe longitudinale de l'étui selon la figure 1, les applicateurs étant en position saillante d'utilisation conjointe.
  • L'invention concerne un étui d'application d'au moins un produit, notamment cosmétique ou de soin, par l'intermédiaire d'un applicateur extérieur et d'un applicateur intérieur qui est monté coaxialement à l'intérieur dudit applicateur extérieur.
  • Sur les figures, chaque applicateur est formé d'un raisin de rouge à lèvres, le raisin extérieur 1 étant creux pour permettre le logement concentrique du raisin intérieur 2. Les raisins 1, 2 peuvent être formés avec un rouge à lèvres identique ou différent, ou être formés avec un autre produit à appliquer par frottement, tel qu'un produit de soin pour les lèvres ou pour une autre partie du corps.
  • En variante non représentée, les applicateurs peuvent être de nature différente, par exemple l'applicateur intérieur peut être formé d'un pinceau ou d'un crayon qui est logé dans un raisin extérieur 1 creux.
  • L'étui comprend un mécanisme extérieur de déplacement de l'applicateur extérieur entre une position escamotée dans un corps supérieur 3 dudit étui et une position saillante dudit corps. Pour ce faire, le corps 3 présente une ouverture supérieure 3a au travers de laquelle l'applicateur extérieur peut passer. L'étui comprend également un mécanisme intérieur de déplacement de l'applicateur intérieur par rapport à l'applicateur extérieur.
  • Les mécanismes sont actionnés en rotation par respectivement une première 4 et une deuxième 5 bagues qui sont montées tournantes par rapport au corps 3, chaque mécanisme étant agencé pour déplacer indépendamment l'applicateur correspondant dans ses différentes positions. Ainsi, l'utilisatrice peut utiliser l'un et/ou l'autre applicateur en fonction des besoins du maquillage.
  • Sur les figures, la deuxième bague 5 est montée sous la première bague 4 et en rotation autour d'elle, lesdites bagues formant la base de l'étui. Par ailleurs, l'étui comprend un capot amovible 6 qui est monté sur une portée supérieure de la première bague 4.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation représenté, l'utilisatrice peut effectuer une application précise par l'intermédiaire du raisin intérieur 2 qui présente un diamètre réduit. Pour ce faire, il suffit d'actionner en rotation la deuxième bague 5. Après utilisation du raisin intérieur 2, l'actionnement de la première bague 4 pour déplacer le raisin extérieur 1 en position d'utilisation permet une application plus étendue du produit. Pour ce faire, la géométrie des raisins 1, 2 concentriques est agencée pour que, en position conjointe d'utilisation (figure 4), lesdits raisins présentent les caractéristiques d'un raisin unique. Par ailleurs, en position escamotée (figure 1), les raisins 1, 2 présentent le même agencement.
  • Les mécanismes représentés sont également agencés pour que le déplacement de l'applicateur extérieur induise un déplacement conjoint de l'applicateur intérieur. Ainsi, il est possible de passer de la position conjointe d'application (figure 4) à la position escamotée pour les applicateurs (figure 1) par simple actionnement de la première bague 4. Par ailleurs, les mécanismes représentés rendent le raisin intérieur 2 déplaçable réversiblement entre une position basse dans laquelle il est affleurant du raisin extérieur 1 et une position saillante dudit raisin extérieur, de sorte que le creux dudit raisin extérieur soit toujours comblé par ledit raisin intérieur.
  • Les mécanismes comprennent un godet d'association de l'applicateur, le godet intérieur 7 étant monté solidaire en déplacement du godet extérieur 8 par actionnement de la première bague 4 et mobile en déplacement par rapport audit godet extérieur par actionnement de la deuxième bague 5.
  • Le godet extérieur 8 comprend deux parois annulaires supérieures 9, 10 définissant entre elles un logement annulaire pour la réception de la base du raisin extérieur 1 creux. Par ailleurs, la dimension axiale de la paroi intérieure 10 est supérieure à la course de déplacement du godet intérieur 7, ledit godet intérieur comprenant une paroi annulaire supérieure 11 montée en guidage longitudinal sur la paroi 10.
  • Par ailleurs, la paroi 11 du godet intérieur 7 définit un logement cylindrique pour la réception de la base du raisin intérieur 2, ledit raisin étant ainsi disposé dans le creux du raisin extérieur 1. Pour disposer concentriquement les raisins, l'espacement annulaire entre les parois 10, 11 est réduit à la valeur suffisante pour assurer le guidage, et la paroi 11 est logée dans la paroi intérieure 10 du godet extérieur 8.
  • Le mécanisme extérieur comprend une gaine 12 qui est actionnée en rotation par la première bague 4, ladite gaine étant montée en rotation par rapport à une spirale 13 comportant une gorge intérieure en hélice dans laquelle est engagé un picot 14 du godet extérieur 8, de sorte à transformer un mouvement de rotation de la gaine 12 en déplacement vertical dudit godet. Dans le mode de réalisation décrit, deux picots 14 sont diamétralement formés sur la surface extérieure de la paroi extérieure 9, et la spirale 13 est logée dans le corps 3 sur lequel la gaine 12 est montée tournante.
  • Par ailleurs, le mécanisme intérieur comprend un curseur 15 monté dans une lumière 16 formée dans le fond du godet extérieur 8, la périphérie dudit curseur étant pourvue d'un pas de vis coopérant avec un écrou 17 solidaire en rotation de la deuxième bague 5. Pour permettre le déplacement conjoint des raisins 1, 2, le godet extérieur 8 comprend une jupe 18, au droit de la paroi intérieure 10, sur laquelle l'écrou 17 est monté tournant, notamment par clipsage d'une gorge formée autour dudit écrou.
  • En outre, en position basse (figures 1 et 4), le fond du godet intérieur 7 vient en appui sur la périphérie de la lumière 16, de sorte à définir la fin de course basse dudit godet intérieur par rapport au godet extérieur 8.
  • L'écrou 17 présente une jupe 19 qui est montée coulissante dans une paroi 20 de la deuxième bague 5, la jupe 19 et la paroi 20 étant solidaires en rotation, notamment en prévoyant qu'elles présentent une section polygonale. En outre, la jupe 19 et la paroi 20 sont logées dans la gaine 12, notamment en ce que la surface extérieure de la paroi 20 est montée tournante dans ladite gaine.
  • Sur les figures, le curseur intérieur 15 est formé d'une tige dont la dimension définit la course de déplacement du raisin intérieur 2 dans le raisin extérieur 1. Par ailleurs, le curseur intérieur 15 est intégré en une pièce sous le godet intérieur 7, notamment en étant centré axialement de sorte à assurer la stabilité du raisin intérieur 2.
  • Par ailleurs, la tige comprend deux plats longitudinaux opposés, lesdits plats coopérant avec la lumière 16 en oblong pour empêcher la rotation du godet intérieur 7 lors de son actionnement par la deuxième bague 5. En outre, la tige comprend une butée inférieure 21 de fin de course en position saillante, qui est destinée à venir en appui sur l'écrou 17.

Claims (13)

  1. Etui d'application d'au moins un produit par l'intermédiaire d'un applicateur extérieur (1) et d'un applicateur intérieur (2) qui est monté coaxialement à l'intérieur dudit applicateur extérieur, ledit étui comprenant un mécanisme extérieur de déplacement de l'applicateur extérieur (1) entre une position escamotée dans un corps supérieur (3) dudit étui et une position saillante dudit corps, et un mécanisme intérieur de déplacement de l'applicateur intérieur (2) par rapport va l'applicateur extérieur (1), lesdits mécanismes étant actionnés en rotation par respectivement une première (4) et une deuxième (5) bague qui sont montées tournantes par rapport audit corps, chaque mécanisme étant agencé pour déplacer indépendamment l'applicateur (1, 2) correspondant dans ses différentes positions, ledit étui étant caractérisé en ce que les mécanismes sont agencés pour que le déplacement de l'applicateur extérieur (1) induise un déplacement conjoint de l'applicateur intérieur (2), les mécanismes comprenant un godet d'association de l'applicateur, le godet intérieur (7) étant monté solidaire en déplacement du godet extérieur (8) par actionnement de la première bague (4) et mobile en déplacement par rapport audit godet extérieur par actionnement de la deuxième bague (5):

Etui d'application selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme extérieur comprend une gaine (12) actionnée en rotation par la première bague (4), ladite gaine étant montée en rotation par rapport à une spirale (13) comportant une gorge intérieure en hélice dans laquelle est engagé au moins un picot (14) du godet extérieur (8), de sorte à transformer un mouvement de rotation de ladite gaine en déplacement vertical dudit godet.
  3. Etui d'application selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme intérieur comprend un curseur (15) monté dans une lumière (16) du godet extérieur (8), la périphérie dudit curseur étant pourvue d'un pas de vis coopérant avec un écrou (17) solidaire en rotation de la deuxième bague (5).
  4. Etui d'application selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou (17) présente une jupe (19) qui est montée coulissante dans une paroi (20) de la deuxième bague (5), la jupe (19) et la paroi (20) étant solidaires en rotation.
  5. Etui d'application selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la jupe (19) et la paroi (20) présentent une section polygonale.
  6. Etui d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le curseur intérieur (15) est formé d'une tige comprenant deux plats longitudinaux opposés, lesdits plats coopérant avec la lumière (16) pour empêcher la rotation du godet intérieur (7).
  7. Etui d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le curseur intérieur (15) est intégré en une pièce sous le godet intérieur (7).
  8. Etui d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le godet extérieur (8) comprend une jupe (18) sur laquelle l'écrou (17) est monté tournant.
  9. Etui d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le godet extérieur (8) comprend une paroi intérieure (10) dont la dimension axiale est supérieure à la course de déplacement du godet intérieur (7), ledit godet intérieur comprenant une paroi (11) montée en guidage longitudinal sur ladite paroi du godet extérieur (8).
  10. Etui d'application selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le godet extérieur (8) comprend deux parois (9, 10) définissant entre elles un logement annulaire pour la réception de la base d'un raisin (1) de rouge à lèvres creux formant applicateur extérieur, la paroi extérieure (9) comprenant le picot (14) sur sa surface extérieure.
  11. Etui d'application selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la paroi (11) du godet intérieur (7) définit un logement cylindrique pour la réception de la base d'un raisin (2) de rouge à lèvres formant applicateur intérieur, ledit raisin étant destiné à être disposé dans le creux du raisin extérieur (1).
  12. Etui d'application selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième bague (5) est montée sous la première bague (4) et en rotation autour d'elle, lesdites bagues formant la base de l'étui.
  13. Etui d'application selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un capot amovible (6) qui est montée sur la première bague (4).
