This object is achieved by a partition wall element having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The partition member of the invention has at least one partition body and a frame structure for receiving and holding the at least one partition body. The partition body has a first outer plate in the form of a micro-perforated sheet, a first nonwoven fabric, a sound absorber and a second outer plate sequentially arranged in the thickness direction of the partition body. The sound absorbing means, in turn, includes at least one sound absorbing member of a certain dimension in the thickness direction of the partition body and at least one cavity of a certain dimension in the thickness direction of the partition body.
The first outer panel of the partition body in the form of a micro-perforated sheet provides an attractive design for the partition member while permitting sound waves to penetrate into the interior of the partition body. There, the low frequency sound waves (for example in the range of about 500 Hz) are absorbed within the sound absorber and the higher frequency sound waves (for example in the range of about 1,000 to 2,000 Hz) are absorbed between the two outer plates. The partition wall element constructed according to the invention thus has both positive sound absorption properties and positive design properties with a simple design with few components and is advantageously suitable for subdividing, for example, open-plan offices.
The sound absorption device of the partition wall element according to the invention comprises at least one sound absorption element of a certain dimension in the thickness direction of the partition wall body and at least one cavity - as of the at least one sound absorbing element separate component - a certain dimension in the thickness direction of the partition body. Although the material thickness of the sound absorption element in the thickness direction of the partition wall body must be chosen to be smaller due to the additional cavity and this affects the absorption of low-frequency sound waves, it has surprisingly been found that the provision of the two components of sound absorption element and Cavity in the invention defined construction of the partition wall element to a very good overall sound absorption properties of the partition wall element, in particular a partition element for dividing open-plan offices and the like, leads.
In one aspect of the invention, the sound absorbing means of the partition body includes two sound absorbing members which are spaced from each other to form the at least one cavity in the thickness direction of the partition body. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the sound absorbing means includes a sound absorbing member which is spaced apart from the second outer panel to form the at least one cavity in the thickness direction of the partition body.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the at least one cavity can be formed by means of at least one spacer element. This spacer is designed, for example, in the manner of a frame.
In a still further embodiment of the invention, at least one bulkhead element for reducing the sound passage through the sound absorption device may be introduced into the at least one cavity. This at least one bulkhead element is selected, for example, from a substantially flat bulkhead element, a corrugated bulkhead element and a canted bulkhead element.
Preferably, the sound absorbing means has a substantially symmetrical structure in the thickness direction of the partition body, so that the Partition element from both sides can have substantially the same acoustic properties.
In a preferred embodiment, the first nonwoven fabric may be bonded to the first outer panel, for example by a hotmelt process.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the second outer plate may also be formed in the form of a micro-perforated sheet and may be disposed between the sound absorbing means and the second outer plate of the partition body a second web, preferably glued to the second outer plate, for example by a hot melt process is. With this structure, the sound absorption properties of the partition wall member are achieved equally on both sides.
The material of the at least one sound absorption element of the sound absorption device of the partition wall body according to the invention may for example be selected from mineral foam, mineral fibers, nonwoven, cardboard, foam and felt. For example, the sound absorbing member is a cardboard with a honeycomb structure or a wave form, wherein the cavities of the cardboard are preferably bonded together, or the material of the sound absorbing member is a melamine resin foam or a polyester wadding.
In a still further embodiment of the invention, the partition wall element further comprises a stand device with or without rollers to form a mobile, autonomously deployable partition element.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the partition wall element further comprises a fastening device for mounting the partition wall element on a piece of furniture such as a table, a dresser or the like or on a building component such as a room wall or the like.

To achieve the soundproofing function in addition to the usually intended visual protection function of the

Due to its perforation, the micro-perforated sheet on the one hand allows penetration of sound waves into the interior of the
An acoustically effective nonwoven fabric is preferably used for the first and the second
The
