Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung zur Kompensation von regelungsbedingten Drehwinkel-Asynchronitäten zweier unabhängig voneinander angetriebenen Zylinder in Rotationsdruckmaschinen, die während der Zustellbewegung eines der Zylinder auftreten.The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for compensating control-induced rotational angle asynchronisms of two independently driven cylinders in rotary printing machines, which occur during the feed movement of one of the cylinders.
Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe, den Lagefehler bei der Druck-An-Schaltung im Moment der Berührung der Zylinder und zugeordneten Schmitzringe zu minimieren, wird dadurch gelöst, dass der Geberabstützpunkt (8,9) derart vom Abwälzpunkt der Zylinder bzw. zugeordneten Schmitzringe entfernt angeordnet wird, dass ein regelungsbedingter Schleppfehler ΔαS zwischen der Soll- Drehwinkelposition (Synchronstellung) und der Ist-Drehwinkelposition des ersten Zylinders (1) mit einem um den Schleppfehler ΔαS veränderten Drehwinkel- Sollwert kompensiert wird, so dass die Zylinderoberflächen beim Anschwenken des zweiten Zylinder (2) an den ersten Zylinder in Synchronstellung aufeinander treffen.
