Claims (15)

  1. Cartouche explosive (100, 200, 300, 400) permettant de générer une explosion dans un trou de mine (101), la cartouche explosive (100, 200, 300, 400) comprenant :
    une douille au moins partiellement flexible (104) pour contenir un explosif (105);
    un mécanisme permettant de dilater la douille (104) dans une première direction (106) et de contracter simultanément la douille dans une seconde direction (107) qui est différente de la première direction (106) ;
    un organe de cartouche d'injection (111) et un organe de cartouche de dilatation (112) ;
    dans laquelle l'organe de cartouche de dilatation (112) est rempli de l'explosif (105) et comprend la douille au moins partiellement flexible (104) ;
    dans laquelle l'organe de cartouche d'injection (111) est pressé à l'intérieur de l'organe de cartouche de dilatation (112) rempli de l'explosif (105) ;
    le mécanisme pouvant être activé en insérant l'organe de cartouche d'injection (111) dans l'organe de cartouche de dilatation (112) dans la seconde direction (107) afin de dilater ainsi la douille au moins partiellement flexible (104) de l'organe de cartouche de dilatation (112) dans la première direction (106).
  2. Cartouche explosive selon la revendication 1,
    dans laquelle la douille flexible (104) comprend une portion flexible et une portion rigide, la portion flexible étant agencée de manière adjacente à un fond de la douille (104) devant être positionné dans une partie la plus profonde du trou de mine (101).
  3. Cartouche explosive selon la revendication 2,
    dans laquelle la portion flexible de la douille flexible (104) a une épaisseur inférieure à la portion rigide de la douille flexible (104).
  4. Cartouche explosive selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
    dans laquelle la portion flexible de la douille flexible (104) est constituée d'un premier matériau plus flexible qu'un second matériau dont la portion rigide est constituée, le premier matériau étant différent du second matériau.
  5. Cartouche explosive selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    dans laquelle le mécanisme est adapté de telle sorte que la première direction (106) est essentiellement perpendiculaire à la seconde direction (107).
  6. Cartouche explosive selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    dans laquelle le mécanisme comprend au moins un élément du groupe consistant en un mécanisme de traction mécanique, un mécanisme de poussée mécanique, un mécanisme de ressort, un mécanisme pneumatique, un mécanisme chimiquement activable, un mécanisme magnétique, et un mécanisme électrique.
  7. Cartouche explosive selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    dans laquelle le mécanisme peut être activé par au moins un élément du groupe consistant en un fil d'allumage, une corde, une minuterie, une réaction chimique retardée, et un mécanisme à ressort retardé.
  8. Cartouche explosive selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    comprenant le matériau explosif non libre contenu dans la douille (104) de façon étanche.
  9. Cartouche explosive selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    ayant une masse volumique moyenne de plus de 1 g/cm3, en particulier d'au moins 1,4 g/cm3.
  10. Cartouche explosive selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    dans laquelle une portion de fond de la cartouche explosive (100, 200, 300, 400) comprend un trou dans lequel un détonateur (108) est inséré.
  11. Cartouche explosive selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle la douille au moins partiellement flexible (104) définit un espace étanche logeant une quantité fixe de l'explosif (105).
  12. Cartouche explosive (100, 200, 300, 400) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, comprenant au moins une des caractéristiques suivantes :
    la douille flexible (104) comprend au moins un élément d'un groupe consistant en le plastique, le poly(éthylène) et un matériau de type caoutchouc;
    le mécanisme est activable à distance ;
    la cartouche explosive (100, 200, 300, 400) comprend une unité d'abaissement adaptée pour abaisser la cartouche explosive (100, 200, 300, 400) dans le trou de mine (101) ;
    le mécanisme est au moins partiellement intégré dans la douille.
  13. Procédé d'installation d'une cartouche explosive (100, 200, 300, 400) permettant de générer une explosion dans un trou de mine (101), le procédé consistant à :
    insérer la cartouche explosive (100, 200, 300, 400) dans le trou de mine (101);
    dilater, par un mécanisme, une douille au moins partiellement flexible (104) de la cartouche explosive (100, 200, 300, 400) dans une première direction (106) et contracter simultanément la douille (104) dans une seconde direction (107) qui est différente de la première direction (106) ;
    fournir un organe de cartouche d'injection (111) et un organe de cartouche de dilatation (112), dans lequel l'organe de cartouche de dilatation (112) est rempli de l'explosif (105) et comprend la douille au moins partiellement flexible (104) ;
    activer le mécanisme en insérant l'organe de cartouche d'injection (111) dans l'organe de cartouche de dilatation (112) dans la seconde direction (107) afin de dilater ainsi la douille au moins partiellement flexible (104) de l'organe de cartouche de dilatation (112) dans la première direction (106) ;
    presser l'organe de cartouche d'injection (111) à l'intérieur de l'organe de cartouche de dilatation (112) rempli de l'explosif (105).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, comprenant au moins l'une des caractéristiques suivantes :
    la réalisation de la dilatation et de la contraction avant la génération de l'explosion dans le trou de mine (101) ;
    la dilatation de la douille (104) dans une direction perpendiculaire à un allongement du trou de mine (101) et la contraction simultanée de la douille (104) dans une direction parallèle à l'allongement du trou de mine (101).
  15. Procédé d'utilisation d'une cartouche explosive selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12 dans le domaine de la fragmentation de matériau.
