Gemäß
Wie ersichtlich, ist das Innenteil 4 als ein Hohlkörper ausgebildet und umgibt einen Hohlraum 10. Das Innenteil 4 besitzt zwei Arme 12, 14, welche im Bereich der Spitze 6 aufeinander zulaufen und/oder miteinander verbunden sind und in dem bezüglich einer Längsachse 16 der Spitze 6 abgewandten rückwärtigen Teil oder Endbereich 18 bogenförmig miteinander verbunden sind. Alternativ können im Rahmen der Erfindung die Arme 12, 14 im Bereich der Spitze 6 und / oder mit einem geringen Abstand, bevorzugt im Bereich von einem oder nur wenigen Millimetern, zu dieser enden, so dass dort das Innenteil 4 offen ausgebildet ist. Im Endbereich 18 besitzt das Innenteil 4 bzw. dessen wenigstens einer Arm 12, 14 eine Dicke 20 und im Bereich der Spitze 6 eine Dicke 22. Die Dicke 20 ist erfindungsgemäß um einen vorgegebenen Betrag größer als die Dicke 22 und folglich ist die Biegesteifigkeit des Innenteils 4 im Bereich der Spitze 6 erheblich kleiner als im Endbereich bzw. rückwärtigen Teil 18 des Stoppers.As can be seen, the

Hingegen ist im gebogen ausgebildeten Endbereich 18 und/oder im dortigen Verbindungsbereich der beiden Arme 12, 14 des Innenteils 4 dessen Wanddicke 18 im Wesentlichen gleichbleibend groß. Sofern auf den Stopper im Bereich der Längsachse 16 und/oder im Bereich der Spitze 6 des Innenteils 4 und / oder der Spitze 24 des Außenteils 2 auf den Stopper, beispielsweise in Richtung des Pfeiles 26 eine Kraft einwirkt, so wird der Stopper aufgrund der vergleichsweise geringen und/oder reduzierten Wanddicke erheblich verformt und/oder zusammengedrückt, und zwar vor allem auch im Bereich der Spitze 6 des Innenteils 4. Somit ist im Vergleich zu einem Stopper aus Vollmaterial gemäß der
Das Außenteil 2, welches das Innenteil 4 außen umgibt und in bevorzugter Weise integral mit diesem verbunden ist, weist über den gesamten Verlauf um das Innenteil 4 im Wesentlichen eine gleichbleibende Wanddicke 28 auf. Wie ersichtlich, umgibt das Außenteil 2 das Innenteil 4 mit im Wesentlichen gleichförmiger Wanddicke und läuft über die Spitze 6 des Innenteils 4 hinaus zu der bevorzugt keilförmig ausgebildeten Spitze 24 zusammen. Die Spitze 24 ragt erfindungsgemäß in einer Länge 29 über die Spitze 6 des Innenteils 2 hinaus. Diese Länge 29 ist um einen vorgegebenen Faktor größer als die Wanddicke 28. Bevorzugt liegt der Faktor zwischen 2 bis 10, vorteilhaft zwischen 3 bis 7, insbesondere zwischen 3,5 bis 5. In bevorzugter Weise ist die Wanddicke 28 des Außenteils 2 zumindest gleich groß wie die Wanddicke 22 des Innenteils 4 im Bereich dessen Spitze 6 und in bevorzugter Weise um einen vorgegebenen Faktor größer als die genannte Wanddicke 22 des Innenteils 4. Der genannte Faktor hat einen maximalen Wert von im Wesentlichen 15, bevorzugt im Wesentlichen von 10 So ist in einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung die Wanddicke 22 des Innenteils mit im Wesentlichen 1 mm vorgegeben und die Wanddicke 28 des umgebenden Außenteils 2 im Bereich von bis 14 mm, vorteilhaft 7 bis 12 mm, insbesondere mit im Wesentlichen 10 mm vorgegeben. Des Weiteren ist im Endbereich 18 die Wanddicke 28 um einen zweiten Faktor größer als die dort vorgesehene Wanddicke 20 des Innenteils 4. Dieser zweite Faktor besitzt vorteilhaft wenigstens einen Wert von 2 und maximal einen Wert von 7. So ist in einer besonderen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung die Wanddicke 20 des Innenteils 4 im Endbereich 18 im Wesentlichen zwischen 2 bis 5 mm vorteilhaft zwischen 2,5 bis 4 mm groß, während die Wanddicke 28 des Außenteils 2 zwischen 6 bis 15 mm vorteilhaft 7 bis 12 mm beträgt.The
Wie bereits ausgeführt, bestehen das Außenteil 2 und das Innenteil 4 vorteilhaft aus Kunststoff und sind durch ein Spritzverfahren in der integralen Verbindungszone 8 fest und einheitlich miteinander verbunden. Das als Hohlkörper ausgebildete Innenteil 4, welches erfindungsgemäß aus einem vergleichsweise harten und/oder weniger bruchfesten und/oder erheblich biegesteiferen Kunststoff als das Außenteil 2 besteht, bildet in vorteilhafter Weise die Verstärkung und/oder hinreichende Aussteifung des umgebenden Außenteils aus weicherem Kunststoff oder Gummi unter Vermeidung einer Instabilität, insbesondere quer zur Mittel- und / oder Längsebene des gesamten Stoppers. Es sei festgehalten, dass der Stopper quer zur Mittelebene, welche gemäß Zeichnung parallel zur Zeichenebene liegt, über seine Längserstreckung eine im Wesentlichen gleichbleibende Breite aufweist. Bei der Herstellung des Stoppers werden das Außenteil 2 und das Innenteil 4 in bevorzugter Weise nacheinander gespritzt, wobei aufgrund der in dem zuerst gespritzten Teil vorhandenen Wärme und/oder Restwärme eine optimierte Verbindung und/oder die integrale Verbindungszone 8 erzeugt wird. Alternativ kann eines der Teile, sei es das Außenteil 2 oder das Innenteil 4, vorgefertigt sein und in ein Formgebungswerkzeug eingebracht werden, um dort auf eine erhöhte Temperatur, insbesondere im Bereich zwischen 70 bis 100' aufgewärmt zu werden und um nachfolgend beim Spritzen und/oder Gießen des Materials und/oder Kunststoff des anderen Teils mit diesem verbunden zu werden und die integrale Verbindungszone 8 zu erhalten.As already stated, the
In bevorzugter Weise enthält das Innenteil 4 eine Gefügeschwächung oder Sollbruchstelle 30, welche sich insbesondere im Bereich der Spitze 6 und/oder im konvexen Arm 14 des Innenteils 4 befindet. Der Anspritzpunkt 32 zur Herstellung des Innenteils 4 liegt im gegenüberliegenden Endbereich 18 derart, dass beim Spritzen in der Form die wandernden Fronten des Kunststoffs im Bereich der Spitze 6 zusammenfließen, so dass dort die Gefügeschwächung und/oder Sollbruchstelle 30 hergestellt wird. Erfolgt durch Eindrücken der Spitze 24 beispielsweise in Richtung des Pfeiles 26 eine Verformung des Stoppers in Richtung auf den Endbereich 18 zu stark, so reißt hierbei die Frontgrenze und/oder Gefügeschwächung 30 auf und der Stopper gibt ruckartig nach, so dass beispielsweise ein offen gehaltenes Fenster vor einer Zerstörung geschützt werden kann. Ferner sei darauf hingewiesen, dass beim Zusammendrücken des erfindungsgemäßen Stoppers der S-förmig ausgebildete Außenbereich 34 derart unter Radiusverkleinerung zusammengekrümmt wird, dass der innenliegende Arm 12 an dem gegenüberliegenden konvexen Arm 14 des Innenteils 4 zumindest teilweise zur Anlage gelangt. Hierbei wird die Spitze 24 des Außenteils 2 soweit zurückgebogen, dass sie den im Endbereich 18 befindlichen Teil des S-förmigen Außenbereichs 4 berührt. Somit ist ein überraschend großer Federweg erfindungsgemäß vorgegeben, welcher einen Einsatz des Stoppers in sehr unterschiedlichen Spalten von Fenstern und/oder Türen ermöglicht. Durch die Verwendung von einem vergleichsweise harten und/oder weniger bruchfesten Kunststoff für das Innenteil 4 wird bei Überbeanspruchung insbesondere die Sollbruchstelle 30 erzeugt und es wird somit gewährleistet, dass, falls das Entfernen des Stoppers vor dem beabsichtigten Schließen eines Fenster oder einer Tür vergessen wird, nicht gleich ein Scharnier ausreißt oder eine sonstige Beschädigung am Fenster oder der Tür entsteht.Preferably, the

Claims (10)
- A door and/or window stopper comprising an outer contour that extends into a tip (24) and an inner hollow space (10) which, preferably, substantially corresponds to said contour, wherein as an external part (2), the outer edge of the stopper consists of rubber or a flexible, rubber-like thermoplastic synthetic material that has a relatively high coefficient of friction, and furthermore a clamp-like internal part (4), which is provided with two arms (12, 14) and which exhibits greater bending stiffness than the external part (2), is arranged within the external part (2),

- The method as specified in claim 6, characterised in that heat, which is present in or introduced into the synthetic material of the exterior part (2) and/or of the internal part (4) is used for the integral joining of the exterior part (2) and the internal part (4).
- The method as specified in claim 6 or claim 7, characterised in that the heat present in the synthetic material of the first injection-moulded part (2, 4) and/or the heat of the synthetic material provided from the other part (2, 4) is used for integral joining and/or in that the integral joining is effected substantially exclusively through the heat present in or introduced into the synthetic material of at least one of the parts to be injection moulded.
- The method as specified in claim 7 or claim 8, characterised in that the exterior part (2) is injected against the internal part (4), wherein the internal part (4) exhibits a residual heat preferably in the range between 70° C and 100° C and/or in that the injection point (39) is pre-determined opposite the tip (6) of the internal part (4).
- The method as specified in any one of claims 6 to 9, characterised in that for the internal part (4), the synthetic material is injected using the mono-sandwich method with a single impression mould subsequent to the preferred thermoplastic elastomer of the exterior part (2) having been injected into the mould.
