- each preset training program corresponds to a specific permissible range of personal physical parameters.
- the exercise machine will only be operated with a suitable training strength to make sure that the user can bear the whole training strength.
- the user selects the exercise level and then selects one of the preset training programs under the automatic operating mode.
- the exercise level relates to the value of amplitude of the vibration trainer (2) and the selected preset training program includes a time parameter, a frequency parameter and a posture parameter that respectively corresponds to a time, a frequency and a posture. If the time is 15 seconds, the frequency is 30 Hz and the posture is like the motions shown in Fig. 6 , the vibration trainer (2) will show the posture on the display unit (16) and perform a 30 Hz vibration for 15 seconds.
- the said 15 seconds and 30 Hz thus correspond to a specific permissible range of personal physical parameters such as 45 ⁇ 60 kilograms, 150 ⁇ 165 centimeters, 18 ⁇ 30 year-old and regardless of gender. If the entered personal physical parameters are out of the said permissible range, the vibration trainer (2) thus automatically adjust the operating time to 10 seconds or the vibration frequency to 25 Hz, or just reduce the vibration amplitude.
- the advantage of the exercise machine and the control method thereof is that the exercise machine can adjust its training strength base on the entered personal physical parameters. Even different users take the same training program, the training strength of the exercise machine will be different according to the personal physical parameters the users have set. Therefore users with different physical conditions will individually have the better sports effect.

Claims (14)
- Procédé de contrôle d'une machine d'exercice (10), comprenant :le réglage de paramètres physiques personnels dans la machine d'exercice (10);la réception d'une instruction de sélection de mode ;la détermination indiquant si la machine d'exercice (10) est mise en oeuvre soit dans un mode de fonctionnement automatique, soit dans un mode de fonctionnement manuel ;dans lequel, quand il est déterminé que la machine d'exercice doit être mise en oeuvre dans le mode de fonctionnement automatique, le procédé de contrôle comprend également les étapes consistant àrecevoir une instruction de sélection de programme et sélectionner un programme parmi les multiples programmes d'entraînement enregistrés dans la machine d'exercice (10),générer une instruction de fonctionnement automatique sur la base des paramètres physiques personnels et du programme d'entraînement sélectionné, caractérisé en ce que le procédé de contrôle comprend également :la détermination indiquant si les paramètres physiques personnels entrés sont à l'extérieur d'une plage admissible correspondant au programme d'entraînement sélectionné, etla fourniture d'une certaine force d'entraînement adaptée par la machine d'exercice (10) quand les paramètres physiques personnels sont à l'extérieur de la plage admissible, etla production de l'instruction de fonctionnement automatique pour activer la machine d'exercice (10) sur la base de l'instruction de fonctionnement automatique.
- Procédé de contrôle selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, quand il est déterminé que la machine d'exercice (10) doit être mise en oeuvre dans le mode de fonctionnement manuel, le procédé de contrôle comprend également les étapes consistant à :entrer le mode de fonctionnement manuel,régler des paramètres d'exercice personnalisés,générer une instruction de fonctionnement manuel selon les paramètres d'exercice personnalisés, etproduire l'instruction de fonctionnement manuel et activer la machine d'exercice (10) selon l'instruction de fonctionnement manuel.
- Procédé de contrôle selon la revendication 2, après la génération d'une instruction de fonctionnement manuel, le procédé de contrôle comprenant également :la génération d'un signal d'avertissement par la détermination indiquant si les paramètres d'exercice personnalisés sont à l'intérieur d'une plage admissible correspondant aux paramètres physiques personnels.
- Procédé de contrôle selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel
les paramètres physiques personnels comprennent un paramètre de poids, un paramètre de taille, un paramètre d'âge et un paramètre de sexe,
les paramètres d'exercice personnalisés comprennent également un paramètre d'amplitude, un paramètre de temps, un paramètre de fréquence et un paramètre de postures, et
le programme d'entraînement sélectionné fournit une série de postures d'exercice et inclut de multiples ensembles de paramètres correspondant respectivement aux postures d'exercice, et chaque ensemble de paramètres ayant un paramètre de temps, un paramètre de fréquence et un paramètre de postures. - Machine d'exercice (10), comprenant
une unité de mémoire (11) stockant de multiples programmes d'entraînement dont chacun fournit une série de postures d'exercice,
une unité d'entrée d'instructions (12) pour régler des paramètres physiques personnels, des paramètres d'exercices personnalisés et pour recevoir une instruction de sélection de mode et une instruction de sélection de programme, une unité de contrôle (13) se connectant à l'unité d'entrée d'instructions (12) et à l'unité de mémoire (11), et recevant les paramètres physiques personnels, les paramètres d'exercice personnalisés, l'instruction de sélection de mode ou l'instruction de sélection de programme en provenance de l'unité d'entrée d'instructions (12), et donnant une instruction de fonctionnement manuel ou une instruction de fonctionnement automatique pour activer la machine d'exercice (10) sur la base des paramètres physiques personnels, des paramètres d'exercice personnalisés et de l'instruction de sélection de programme, caractérisée en ce que l'instruction de fonctionnement automatique est générée sur la base de
la détermination indiquant si les paramètres physiques personnels entrés sont à l'extérieur d'une plage admissible correspondant au programme d'entraînement sélectionné, et
la fourniture d'une certaine force d'entraînement adaptée par la machine d'exercice (10) quand les paramètres physiques personnels sont à l'extérieur de la plage admissible,
une unité de génération de puissance motrice (14) se connectant à l'unité de contrôle (13) par le biais d'une interface de connexion (141), recevant les instructions de fonctionnement automatique de l'unité de contrôle (13) et étant entraînée conformément aux instructions de fonctionnement automatique reçues, et
une unité d'alimentation en courant (15) se connectant à l'unité de contrôle (13) et fournissant un courant électrique à l'unité de contrôle (13). - Machine d'exercice (10) selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle l'unité de mémoire (11) stocke également de multiples images d'affichage de postures, démontrant respectivement les postures d'exercice et montrées visuellement par la machine d'exercice (10).
- Machine d'exercice (10) selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle chaque programme d'entraînement inclut également de multiples ensembles de paramètres correspondant respectivement aux postures d'exercice, et chaque ensemble de paramètres a
un paramètre de temps déterminant un temps de fonctionnement de la machine d'exercice (10), et
un paramètre de fréquence définissant une fréquence de fonctionnement de la machine d'exercice (10). - Machine d'exercice (10) selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle les paramètres physiques personnels incluent également un paramètre de poids, un paramètre de taille, un paramètre d'âge et un paramètre de sexe.
- Machine d'exercice selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle les paramètres d'exercice personnalisés incluent également
un paramètre d'amplitude représentant une amplitude de fonctionnement de la machine d'exercice (10),
un paramètre de temps représentant un temps de fonctionnement de la machine d'exercice (10), et
un paramètre de fréquence représentant une fréquence de fonctionnement de la machine d'exercice (10). - Machine d'exercice (10) selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle la machine d'exercice (10) comprend également une unité d'affichage (16) connectée à l'unité de contrôle (13) et affichant une des images d'affichage de postures de l'unité de mémoire pour démontrer la façon dont la posture d'exercice est pratiquée.
- Machine d'exercice selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 10, dans laquelle la machine d'exercice (10) comprend également un dispositif d'effet sonore (17) connecté à l'unité de contrôle (13) et générant un son quand le programme d'entraînement est lancé ou fini.
- Machine d'exercice selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle la machine d'exercice (10) comprend également une interface de communication (18) connectée à l'unité de contrôle (13) pour la liaison avec un dispositif électronique externe.
- Machine d'exercice selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle l'interface de communication (18) est une interface de connexion câblée RS-232 vers USB, un module infrarouge, un module RF ou un module de transfert de données Bluetooth.
- Machine d'exercice selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle la machine d'exercice (10) comprend également une interface d'affichage (19) connectée à l'unité de contrôle (13) et pour la connexion à un moniteur externe de façon à montrer plus clairement l'image d'affichage de postures.
