Abstract

The head (12) has a base portion (13) e.g. hoop ring, fixed on a container (11) that is provided with a hollow distribution rod e.g. valve rod, and a lever (14) articulated on the base portion. The lever defines a control surface (15) located on a side of the head, and an end is carried by the lever that is connected to the base portion by a film-hinge. The end is coupled with the distribution rod, and communicates with a product discharge conduit (17) in forward direction (E). The base portion, lever and the end are molded with a single piece made of thermoplastic material. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a gate-triggering distribution head.
