Claims (10)
- Lampe mit einer Hülle, die einschließt:- eine Gleichstromquelle, die über Kontaktteile (19, 20) elektrisch verbunden ist mit einer Elektronikkarte (29) zur Versorgung mindestens einer LED mit Strom, welche Kontaktteile (19, 20) erste Kontaktelemente (19a, 20a) aufweisen, die elektrisch verbunden sind mit der Stromquelle,- und einen Steuerschalter (30), mit dem der Zustand und die Beleuchtungsstärke der LED gesteuert werden,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktteile (19, 20) zweite Kontaktelemente (19b, 20b) umfassen, die dazu bestimmt sind, nacheinander durch zwei Öffnungen (25, 26), die sich in einer Zwischen-Abdichtwand (12) der Hülle befinden, sowie zwei Spalte (35, 36) der Karte (29) zu führen, wobei das Schweißen der zweiten Kontaktelemente (19b, 20b) an die Karte (29) zusätzlich den elektrischen Anschluss der Stromversorgungsquelle sicherstellt, und wobei ein dichtes Fach in der Hülle um die Karte (29) vorgesehen ist.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktteile (19, 20) an eine Tragwand (11) montiert sind, an der die Abdichtwand (12) angebracht ist.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (25, 26) der Abdichtwand (12) Dichtlippen (27, 28) umfassen, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit einer der Seiten der Karte (29) in Kontakt zu kommen.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtwand (12) mit Befestigungsclips (33) ausgestattet ist, welche die Karte (29) mit Druck auf den Dichtlippen (27, 28) halten soll.
- Lampe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umfang der Abdichtwand (12) mit einer Dichtung (24) versehen ist, gegen die ein vorderes Gehäuse (10) der Hülle gedrückt wird.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (24) an die Abdichtwand (12) angeformt ist.
- Lampe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere Gehäuse (10) einen durchsichtigen Teil umfasst, der gegenüber der LED angeordnet ist, sowie einen Rahmen (37), der an die Dichtung (24) der Abdichtwand (12) anliegt.
- Lampe nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein hinteres Gehäuse (21) an die Tragwand (11) montiert ist, um das Batteriefach zu begrenzen.
- Verfahren zum Zusammenbau der Hülle einer tragbaren Lampe, das darin besteht, die Kontaktelemente (19b, 20b) an einer Tragwand (11) anzuordnen, um eine Gleichstromquelle an mindestens eine LED anzuschließen, die mitttels einer Elektronikkarte (29) gesteuert wird, Verfahren, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:- die Tragwand (11) zusammen mit einer Abdichtwand (12) vorgesehen ist, die Öffnungen (25, 26) aufweist, die mit Dichtlippen (27, 28) versehen sind,- die Elektronikkarte (29) in die Abdichtwand (12) eingeklinkt und an die Dichtlippen (27, 28) gepresst gehalten wird, nachdem die Kontaktelemente (19b, 20b) durch die Öffnungen (25, 26) der Abdichtwand (12) und in der Karte (29) vorgesehene Spalte (35, 36) geführt wurden,- anschließend die Kontaktelemente (19b, 20b) auf die Karte (29) geschweißt werden, wodurch die Spalte (35, 36) verschlossen werden, und- das vordere Gehäuse (10) und ein hinteres Gehäuse (21) so an der Tragwand (11) angebracht werden, dass um die Karte (29) herum ein dichtes Fach und ein nicht-dichtes Fach zur Unterbringung der Stromquelle entstehen.
- Verbindungsverfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (24) an die Abdichtwand (12) angeformt und ein Rahmen (37) des vorderen Gehäuses (10) bei der endgültigen Montage der Hülle fest gegen die genannte Dichtung gedrückt wird.
