Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fenster- Türen- oder Fassadenflächenelement, welches mindestens zwei parallel und in einem Abstand zueinander angeordnete Glasflächen sowie ein oberes und ein unteres am Scheibenrand zu diesem parallel verlaufendes Profil aufweist, wobei durch diese beiden Rahmenprofile Kanäle für Luftströme führen, mit Hilfe derer unter Anwendungen eines Ventilteiles die drei Bereiche Gebäudeaußenseite, Gebäudeinnenraum und Raum zwischen zwei Glasflächen für Luftströme steuerbar verbindbar bzw. trennbar sind und wobei durch ein, einen elektrisch angetriebenen Lüfter enthaltendes, sich in horizontaler Richtung über die Elementbreite erstreckendes Lüftermodul, ein Luftstrom durch diese Kanäle erzwingbar ist. Das Lüftermodul ist im Raum zwischen zwei Glasscheiben des Fenster- Türen- oder Fassadenflächenelementes angeordnet.
