Stand der TechnikState of the art

From the DE 201 00 181 U1 . DE 20 2004 002 701 U1 . DE 20 2005 002 739 U1 and US 2002/0085373 A1 are profiled vertical supports with a slot grid for building presentation racks known. With these inventions, the problem of lateral stability of hinged one-armed straps has been increasingly better solved, but until now has not been considered perfectly perfect. In case of excessive narrowing of the slot grid or leading to the slot grids column in the profile in relation to the material thickness of the brackets to be hung brackets, although the game is reduced, thus improving the lateral stability of the hinged carrier, but on the other hand, the mounting and unmounting complicated by the onset of deadlock.

In the EP 0 958 759 A1 It is proposed to increase the lateral stability of a suspendable in an adapter product carrier by means of laterally mounted support plates on the support, which are supported at the front wall in the suspended state on the wall receiving the adapter.

Aufgabe der ErfindungObject of the invention

In view of the remaining imperfection of the previous solutions, the invention has the object to provide a generic device in which the lateral stability of a hinged support, in particular a one-armed support is further improved. But this is supposed to be Handling when mounting and unmounting the carrier from the vertical supports are not complicating as a result of tighter jamming, ie a practicable ease is to obtain.

Another object is to realize in a structure with a plurality of vertical supports, the placement of carriers in quasi-continuous lines, i. E. in the same vertical support the consoles of adjacent carriers must be suspended at the same height.

Übersicht über die ErfindungOverview of the invention

The device for displaying goods is based on a vertical support, which has a grid of slots of uniformly defined height with a respective upper edge and lower edge. Brackets can be hung in the slots of brackets intended for direct attachment of articles or for holding secondary supports. The slot grid is arranged mirror-symmetrically in two mutually parallel vertical lines, each line of the slot grid being delimited by an inner leg. In a first version, the carrier is equipped with a console, which occupies at the same time slots of both lines of the same vertical support in the inserted state. In a second version, the carrier has two consoles, which occupy only one line of slots of two adjacent vertical supports in the inserted state. To limit each line of slots in the vertical support each have a separate inner leg and the two inner legs enclose a cavity which is bounded on the back of a base.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the invention are defined: On each line of the slit
rasters leads to the insertion of the console provided gap with the defined gap width, which is bounded by an inner leg and an outer leg. The console of a carrier according to the first version occupied in the inserted state at the same time both columns the same vertical support. On the other hand, the two consoles of a second version carrier in the inserted state occupy only one gap of two adjacent vertical supports.

Of the two inner legs extending in each case an outwardly facing side legs, preferably at right angles outgoing. The respective outer leg opens into the associated side leg preferably at right angles. There are first through-holes in the base for connection to a support structure. The front free ends of the inner legs have a latching contour to releasably attach a cover profile thereto, which has complementary mating contours. The corner formed by a free outer end of a side leg and the respectively adjacent outer leg is intended to receive a side edge of a panel element. The lying between the base and the side legs proportionate length of the inner leg is preferably about the same size as the lying of the side legs to the front free ends of the inner leg proportionate length. The vertical support is preferably made as an aluminum extruded profile.

Zur ersten Version des TrägersTo the first version of the carrier

The console of the carrier is in principle U-shaped and has an inner space which is determined in the suspended state for receiving the lying of the side legs to the front free ends of the inner leg proportionate length. Two upper upwardly directed first lugs of the console are intended to engage respectively behind the upper edge of an upper first slot of both lines of slots in the vertical support. Two lower second lugs of the console are intended to engage each in a lower slot of both lines of slots in the vertical support. The tabs extend beyond the respective front edge in the planes of two side legs of the console. The first lobes have a first nose height which is greater than the height of the slots in the vertical support. The second lobes have a second nose height which is smaller than the height of the slots. Each lower second nose has an incision at the bottom which extends from the lowermost portion of the respective front edge into the second nose and is intended to overlap respectively the lower edge of a lower second slot of both lines of slots in the vertical support. The two side legs of the console open into a base, which in the state of the hinged support in principle perpendicular to stand in front of the two inner thighs. At the base is a rod part or a connection element of the carrier.

In a sub-modification, the tabs on the first version console are configured as follows: The console has two upper downwardly facing first tabs designed to respectively overlap the top edge of an upper first slot of both lines of slots in the vertical support. Further, the console has two lower downwardly directed second lugs intended to each overlap in a lower slot of both lines of slots in the vertical support. The first and second lugs each have a nose height which is smaller than the height of the slots.

Zur zweiten Version des TrägersTo the second version of the carrier

The console of the carrier has a side leg, which rests in the suspended state on the inner leg of the vertical support, which is adjacent to one of the two lines of slots. The console has an upper downwardly facing first nose intended to engage over the upper edge of an upper first slot of one of the two lines of slots in the vertical support. Further, the console has a lower second nose which is intended to overlap the upper edge of a lower second slot in the same lines of slots in the vertical support. Again, the noses extend in the plane of one side leg of the console beyond their respective front edge. The first and second lugs each have a nose height which is smaller than the height of the slots. Each side leg on the carrier passes in each case into a second end of a rod part and both rod parts are connected to each other at their respective first ends by a transverse arm.

In a sub-modification, the lugs on the second version console are configured as follows: The console has an upper upwardly directed first lug intended to engage behind the top edge of an upper first slot of one of the two lines of slots in the vertical support. A lower second tab on the console is intended to engage a lower second slot of the same line of slots in the vertical support. Also these noses extend beyond the respective front edge in the plane of the one side leg of the console. The upper first nose has a first nose height which is greater than the height of the slots in the vertical support. The second nose has a second nose height which is smaller than the height of the slots. The lower second nose has an incision below which extends from the lowermost portion of the front edge into the second nose and is intended to engage over the lower edge of a lower second slot in the vertical support.

The support structure for fixing the vertical support comprises a support beam which is fixed to the base of the vertical support by means of screws introduced from the side of the cavity of the vertical support or from the side of the support beam. The support beam is e.g. a square hollow section, a C-section or a T-section. Between adjacent combinations of a respective vertical support with each behind mounted support beams, cross struts are attached to the support beams, preferably in line-wise arrangement.

The panel elements are fastened by means of third holding elements, which are fixed on the back of the panel and can be hung on the transverse struts. Alternatively or additionally, the panel elements are fastened by means of screws which engage from behind the side legs in the panel back. Alternatively or additionally, the panel elements are fastened by means of first or second retaining elements, which are placed on the panel front side in the region of the panel side edges and are held in slots in the vertical support.

An intermediate profile is provided which serves as a support for panel elements having a substantially smaller thickness than the distance between a side leg of the vertical support and the front free end of an outer leg. The intermediate profile is intended for insertion into the corner formed by the outer free ends of the side leg and the respectively associated outer leg. The intermediate profile has branches which serve to surround the outer free end of the side leg. Preferably, the intermediate profile consists of elastic material, for example rubber or plastic.

The vertical support and the carriers which can be suspended therein are typically used for the construction of a stationary wall frame. Also, a mobile frame can be constructed so that in one or both sides vertical supports are arranged, which can be hung in the frame of one or two sides carrier. With two-sided arrangement of vertical supports in the frame is preferably provided in each case a support beam between two mutually with their base vertical supports. Finally, the vertical support is also suitable for mounting on a support structure formed by a building. As secondary carriers come into consideration shelves, bars or containers, which are supported by one or more carriers.

Figuren 1A bis 1EFigures 1A to 1E

The illustrated stationary presentation rack consists essentially of several in one plane, spaced apart in grid spacing vertical supports 1, each mounted behind a support beam 2, front panel elements 4, a side / ceiling panel 95 and in the vertical supports 1 hinged supports 5 first version , the in turn secondary carrier 8 - eg in the form of crossbars 80 and trays 81 - record. For placing on the ground, the lower ends of the support beams 2 are provided with feet 90 . The front side 40 of the panel elements 4 faces into the room, while the rear side 41 faces away from it. The side / ceiling trim 95 is similar to the panel elements 4 , but provided for covering the presentation rack on the side and top. The front side 950 points outwards and the rear side 951 faces backwards.

The carriers 5 are composed of a bracket 50 which can be suspended in the vertical support 1 and a rod part 56 projecting into the space, which can be straight, angled or stepped, for example. The brackets 50 can be hung in principle in any height in the vertical supports 1 . To form differently configured carriers 5 , a transverse arm 57 can be arranged on the front side on the rod part 56 , so that a so-called T-arm is produced. If the transverse arm 57 is positioned near the bracket 50 , a support 5 is obtained for placing a shelf 81 as a secondary support 8. Secondary supports 8 in the form of transverse rods 80 and / or shelves 81 can be positioned on a plurality of supports 5 , preferably suspended at the same height , The trays 81 are used for laying of articles to be presented, while the crossbars 80 are available for attaching such. When equipping a presentation rack with differently configured carriers 5 and secondary carriers 8 in several heights, a complex structure is created.

To stabilize the frame and maintain a distance grid between the vertical supports 1 2 horizontal cross-struts 3 are used between the support beams, for example, at the lower and upper ends and at mid-height of the vertical supports 1. For side paneling 95 out in the row-shaped arrangement of the cross braces 3 struts pieces 36 used, of which fourth holding elements 96 extend to the side panel 95 . At the top, the frame is covered by a ceiling cladding 95 . At the upper ends of the support beams 2 wall supports 91 are mounted, which serve the leveling and rear attachment of the frame. On the panel backs 41 are complementary to the course of the transverse struts 3 third holding elements 94 - preferably arranged as an angle - by means of which the panel elements 4 can be attached to the cross struts 3 .

Figuren 2A bis 2DFIGS. 2A to 2D

The vertical support 1 is a cross-sectionally multi-branched, mirror-symmetrical profile with a rear base 10, extending from the U-shaped forward two mutually parallel inner leg 12 with the outer distance e , with the base 10 enclose a cavity 18 . Inside, the base 10 has a centrally vertically extending first score line 100. The free ends of the inner legs 12 are provided with a femoral catch contour 120 . Approximately in the center and at right angles opens a respective side limb 13 in the adjacent inner leg 12. In the area of the opening of the side legs 13 of each inner leg 12 has an opening to the cavity 18 the groove 121, the inner leg 12 from the groove 121 toward the latching contour 120 from the cavity 18 are reduced in the material thickness. At the outer area of each side leg 13 has on both sides a vertically extending second score line 130. At a distance of the gap width g extends parallel to each inner leg 12, an outer leg 16 which opens at right angles into the associated side legs 13 . This results in a gap 17 between each pair of inner and outer legs 12, 16 , the free ends of the inner legs 12 being set back slightly in relation to the free ends of the outer legs 16 . The clear width over both gaps 17 extends over the inner distance f.

In the base 10, following the first score line 100 , there is a grid of first through holes 11 , which are preferably provided with an internal thread 110 . In each side leg 13, following the second score lines 130 , there is a grid of second through holes 14 , wherein the through holes 11, 14 are preferably offset in height from one another. In aligned continuation of the column 17 is located in each side legs 13, a grid of continuous through the side legs 13 slots 15 which have a height a and b are arranged in grid. The single slot 15 is bounded in each case by an upper edge 150 and a lower edge 151 . The vertical support 1 is preferably designed as an aluminum extruded profile.

Figuren 3A und 3BFIGS. 3A and 3B

For the front-side closure of the cavity 18 between the two inner legs 12 , the cover profile 19, which has a U-shaped cross-section with the centrally positioned base 190 and the outgoing therefrom at an angle side legs 191 serves. At the free ends of the side legs 191 is in each case a mutually facing masculine locking contour 192, which is for engaging in the female locking contour 120 to the inner leg 12 of the vertical support 1 is determined. The cover profile 19 is preferably also designed as an aluminum extruded profile or a plastic profile with sufficient strength.

Figuren 4A bis 4LFIGS. 4A to 4L

The carrier 5 of the first version has a bracket 50 intended for suspension in the vertical support 1 , which in a standard design is arranged on the second end 561 of a straight rod part 56 , while its first end 560 projects freely into the space. Such a carrier 5 is suitable for the direct attachment of articles, for example, for the front presentation of outerwear (s. FIGS. 4A to 4D ). The bracket 50 is in principle a vertical section of a U-profile, the base 51 attaches to the front end of the second end 561 . The two mutually parallel side legs 52 extend at right angles from the base . Above the substantially vertical front edges 53 of the side legs 52 , a first lug 54 and a second lug 55 each extend in the plane of the respective side limb 52 . The first nose 54 is located at the upper end of the associated side leg 52 and projects beyond it upwards, so that the adjacent front edge 53, a lower edge 540 is formed and the adjacent upper end of the side leg 52, a trailing edge 541 is formed. The second nose 55 is positioned near the lower end of the associated side leg 52 and has an upper edge 551 adjacent to the front edge 53 and an incision 550 located at the lower end of the second nose 55 , into which the front edge 53 opens from below.

The two side legs 52 with the paired lugs 54,55 close between them the space 527 with the inside dimension j . The inside dimension j plus the material thickness of the two side legs 52 and of the pairs of lugs 54,55 give the outside dimension k. From the lower edge 540 of the first nose 54 to the upper edge results in the first nose height r. From the upper edge 551 of the second nose 55 to its lower edge, which is lower than the incision 550 , the second nose height t results . Between the lower edge 540 of the first nose 54 and the upper edge 551 of the second nose 55 is the distance s. From the distances s + t, ie from the lower edge 540 of the first nose 54 to the Lower edge of the second nose 55 results in the wingspan u. From the distances r + s + t, ie from the upper edge of the first nose 54 to the lower edge of the second nose 55 , the total height v.

Figur 4E).If the carrier 5 is to be used for placing a tray 81 , the attachment of connection elements 58 to the straight bar part 56, eg in the form of a low-holding angle on the second bar end 561 and damping cams on the top of the bar (see FIG. Figure 4E ).

Figur 4F).If you want to use the carrier 5 to receive a crossbar 80 , so preferably lying on the first rod end 560 connecting element 58 has the shape of an upwardly open recess (s. FIG. 4F ).

Figur 4G).In a combined use of the support 5 for placing a tray 81 and simultaneously receiving a crossbar 80 connecting elements 58 are provided on the rod member 56 in the form of a low-holding angle on the second rod end 561 and damping cam on the rod top and an upwardly open recess on the first rod end 560 . To achieve greater freedom of movement, it is advantageous to form the rod member 56 in the region of the first end 560 with a step 562 (s. FIG. 4G ).

Figur 4H).A further modification to the carrier 5 is obtained by arranging a cross arm 57 at the first rod end 560, so that a T-arm is formed, which is suitable for example for the sleeve presentation of outerwear (s. FIG. 4H ).

Figur 4J).In a modification to the above-described design of the carrier 5 , the transverse arm 57 is now attached near the bracket 50 and has at the outer ends depending a low-holding angle as a connection element 58, wherein on the upper side of the first rod end 560 a damping and locking cam is positioned as a connection element 58 . Such a carrier 5 is suitable for placing a tray 81, which consists for example of glass or wood (s. FIG. 4J ).

Figur 4K).If you want to mount a box on the carrier 5, for example, is dispensed with the rod portion 56 and in its place on the base 51 of the console 50 as a connecting element 58, a screw plate attached (s. Figure 4K ).

Figur 4L).Is intended, the carrier 5 with a cross bar 82 (s. FIG. 7 ), it has instead of the rod portion 56 on the base 51 as a connection element 58 a strip tab arranged, in which the cross bar 82 can be inserted releasably. For longer transverse strips 82 one will use at least two such support 5 for support (s. FIG. 4L ).

Figuren 4M bis 40FIGS. 4M to 40

In the second version of the carrier 6 is formed as Einhängerahmen. Two mutually parallel rod members 66 are bridged at their first ends 660 by a cross arm 67 . At the second ends 661 , each rod part 66 has a bracket 60, both brackets 60 of such a bracket 6 being intended to be suspended in two vertical supports 1 of a presentation rack. As a direct transition from the rod portion 66 to the console 60 , a side leg 62 is present, which extends as part of the console 60 to the front edge 63 . By the cross arm 67 , this carrier 6 is particularly suitable for example for the sleeve presentation of outerwear. Projecting beyond the front edge 63 are two tabs 64, 65, with the first tab 64 positioned at the upper end of the console 60 and the second tab 65 near the lower end. The top edge of the console 60 is not dominated by the first nose 64 , but this is the front edge 63 upstream directed downwards, extending from the front edge 63, an ascending incision 640 in the first nose 64 . Likewise, an ascending incision 650 continues into the second nose 65 from the front edge 63 . Over the area of the rod part 66 to close to the transverse arm 67 , a bent connecting element 68 is provided on the upper edge, which can be used for placing a shelf 81 .

The support bar 2 is preferably a square hollow section with the inner cavity 20, which is enclosed by the two opposite narrow sides 21,22 and the two parallel longitudinal sides 23,24 .

Figur 6FIG. 6

The secondary support 8 in the form of a crossbar 80 is also advantageous a square hollow section.

Figur 7FIG. 7

The secondary carrier 8 in the form of a transverse strip 82 has a cross-section which is complementary to the aperture in the strip 5 of the carrier 5 (see FIG. 4L) which is designed as a connection element 58 , so that the transverse strip 82 can be inserted laterally. The cross bar 82 has a grid of holes 820 for receiving support members, for example in the form of hooks for attaching accessories, such as belts or cloths.

The intermediate profile 7 is provided for the damped reception of panel elements 4, in particular those made of glass, in the vertical supports 1 . Advantageously, the intermediate profile 7, which in principle has a square cross section, made of rubber or elastic plastic. First, a middle second branch 72 having a first branch 71 and a third branch 73 extending at right angles from the ends thereof forms a U-shape, the third branch 73 being longer than the first branch 71 . At the height of the free end of the first branch 71 branches off from the third branch 73 from a fifth branch 75 which tapers towards the free end of the first branch 71 . The end of the third branch 73 merges into a fourth branch 74 , which runs approximately parallel to the fifth branch 75 . At the ends of the two branches 74,75 successive bulges 76 are present.

The first holding element 92 has a vertical front plate 920, on the back of two mutually parallel webs 921 depart. Near the free ends the webs 921 is provided in each case a downwardly open web slot 922 , wherein both web slots 922 are aligned laterally to each other. The holding element 92 is advantageously a plastic injection molded part.

The second holding member 93 consists of two parallel juxtaposed, vertical elastic straps 931. The two upper ends of the two brackets 931 put on the back of a front panel 930 at. Similarly, the two lower ends of the two brackets open 931 in the back of another front panel 930. At the top and bottom of the two brackets 931 hook contours 932 are present. The two front panels 930 can be elastically pressed together so that the distance between the upper and lower hook contours 932 decreases. This holding element 93 is also preferably produced as a plastic injection-molded part.

In the assembled state for the formation of a presentation rack here three vertical supports 1 are placed, each with a support bar 2 is connected. In three lines, transverse struts 3 are arranged between the support beams 2 for stabilization and distance keeping and are fastened to connection holes 230 on the third and fourth sides 23, 24 of the support beams 2 . To cover the cavities 18 on the vertical supports 1 , a cover profile 19 is in each case latched onto its front side. Here, the female and the masculine catch contour 120,192 engage each other. The grooves 121 in the inner legs 12 favor their limited lateral elasticity. The connection between the vertical support 1 and the associated support beam 2 is realized by means of screws 99 which engage through the through holes 11 and the internal threads 110 in the base 10 of the vertical support 1 in the internal thread 25 in the first side 21 of the support beam 2 . Here, the screw heads in the cavity 18, adjacent to the base 10 , their seat. On the second side 22 of the support beam 2 , the sleeve piece 910 of the wall bracket 91 is attached. In the sleeve piece 910 a sliding piece 916 is guided, which can be adjusted with the 919 positioned in the slot 911 for leveling against the rear support structure. On the support structure the plate 917 connected to the sliding piece 916 supports. The respectively lying between an inner leg 12 and an outer leg 16 gap 17 with the aligned slots 15 are for receiving the brackets 50,60 and the holding elements 92,93 open.

Figur 11D).In the corner formed by each side leg 13 and associated outer leg 16 , the side edges 43 of the panel elements 4 are inserted and fastened, for example by means not shown screws which engage through the second holes 14 in the panel back 41 . For example, used panel elements 4 made of wood have such a material thickness that the panel front 40 close approximately flush with the leading edges of the outer leg 16 (s. Figure 11D ).

Figur 11H).In a presentation rack without ceiling trim 95, the upper ends of the vertical support 1 and the support beam 2, which are joined together with their base 10 and first side 21 , flush with each other (s. Figure 11E ). For installation of the ceiling panel 95 , it is advantageous to provide at the upper end of the vertical support 1, the base 10 and both inner leg 12 of the base 10 to the side legs 13 with a cutout 101 , the z. B. is generated by milling (s. Figure 11F ). The support bar 2 should then only extend as far as the free cut 101 , so that the wall support 91 mounted on the second side 22 is also offset downwards relative to the remaining uppermost end of the vertical support 1 (see FIG. Figure 11G ). If it is intended to use panel elements 4 of lesser material thickness, for example glass plates, an intermediate profile 7 is attached from the outside to each side leg 13 , the panel elements 4 used being fixed by means of the first retaining elements 92 . In this case, the two webs 921 engage in the two gaps 17 , each pass through a slot 15 in the vertical support 1, and the walls of the side legs 13 come to lie in the web slots 922 (see FIG. Figure 11H ).

Figuren 12A bis 12CFIGS. 12A to 12C

This sequence of figures illustrates the insertion and fixing of panel elements 4 on the vertical support 1, these panel elements 4 at least approximately have a material thickness complementary to the depth of the outer leg 16 . The side edges 43 of two attached to the vertical support 1 panel elements 4 come to rest completely in the angle formed by the side legs 13 and the respective outer leg 16 angular corner. From the panel front 40 you insert second holding elements 93 with their brackets 931 - with compressed front panels 930 - in the two column 17 to the hook contours 932 engage behind the top and bottom edge 150,151 of the occupied slots 15 . At rest, the bracket 931 expand and spread the front panels 930 from each other, so that the hook contours 932 are clawed and the panel elements 4 are held by the front side width of the vertical support 1 superior front panels 930 in position. Between the side legs 13 and the bolted support beam 2 remains enough space for the slots 15 projecting bracket 931.

Figuren 13A und 13BFIGS. 13A and 13B

This pair of figures illustrates the use of the intermediate profiles 7 in the use of panel elements 4 with a material thickness which does not fill the depth of the outer legs 16 , this may apply in particular to glass panels. The attached to the vertical support 1 panel elements 4 abut with their side edges 43 to the respective outer leg 16 and the panel front sides 40 close flush with the leading edges of the outer leg 16 from. However, between the panel back 41 and the side legs 13 remains a significant gap that is filled with the intermediate sections 7 . At the same time ensure the elastic intermediate sections 7 a damped support, so that not the panel back 41 abuts the metallic side legs 13 . When inserted, the second branch 72 comes to lie in the region of the side edge 43 on the panel rear side 41 , the first branch 71 extends externally of the outer leg 16 parallel to the side legs 13 and the third branch 73 extends externally to behind the side legs 13. Further The branches 74, 75 enclose the free end of the side leg 13 and the bulges 76 grip the side limb 13 in a clamping manner. First retaining elements 92 suspended in the two gaps 17 of a vertical support 1 engage with their front panels 920 in the region of the side edges 43 on the panel front sides 40 ,

Figuren 14A bis 14EFIGS. 14A to 14E

With this sequence of figures, the first phase of suspending a carrier 5 first version in a vertical support 1 is shown. From the carrier 5 , the console 50 is approximated by inclining the two columns 17 in the planned height. Here, the first lugs 54 are above and closer to the columns 17, while the second lugs 55 are further away from the bottom of the columns 17 . The front edges 53 on both side legs 52 are set at an angle relative to the vertical. The totality of the four lugs 54,55 is in the spanned by the two columns 17 levels. The first lugs 54 are oriented on a selected slot 15 , so that the second lugs 55 are directed to the underlying slot 15 . Depending on the presence and configuration of the rod portion 56 , this assumes an equivalent skew when approaching. The user holds the carrier 5 quasi inclined in the balance. This prepares the entry into the second phase of hanging.

Figuren 15A bis 15EFIGS. 15A to 15E

In the second phase of the suspension, the two first lugs 54 are inserted from the further obliquely oriented support 5 into the targeted pair of the two adjacent slots 15 in the vertical support 1 . Due to the inclination of the first nose height r, which is greater in a vertical position than the slot height a, the first lugs 54 can be inserted so inclined through the gaps 17 in the slots 15 . The second lugs 55 are just before entering the next pair of slots 15 and the two side legs 52 are already almost fully retracted into the column 17 above, while below the entry of the side legs 52 in the column 17 until the beginning of the third phase of Hooking successively begins. For the basic function of the device attaching the intermediate profile 7 on the vertical support 1 is not required, but this is optically advantageous, the cavity 18 is covered, when mounting the console 50, the guide improves and in the end position of the base 51 of the console 50 is a closed support surface offered.

Figuren 16A bis 16EFIGS. 16A to 16E

In the third phase of hanging the carrier 5 has reached the intended use position with the retracted into the vertical support 1 console 50 . With increasing pivoting of the second lugs 55 in the associated pair of slots 15 , the two side legs 52 have in principle completely moved into the column 17 and the base 51 of the bracket 50 is perpendicular to the outer surface of the base 190 of the cover profile 19. By the upright position the first lugs 54 reaches the first nose height r in the vertical, so that the uppermost portion of the lugs 54 comes to lie behind the above the upper pair of slots 15 located wall of the side legs 13 with its trailing edges 541 .

In the fully pivoted state, the carrier 5 is slightly lowered, so that the lower slot edge 151 retracts at the lower pair of slots 15 in the recesses 550 below the second lugs 55 , but continue to engage behind the first lugs 54, the upper pair of slots 15. The front edges 53rd come to rest on the remaining between the slots 15 walls of both side legs 13 . The space behind the side legs 13 offers the invaded noses 54,55 place. From now properly hinged support 5 and its rod portion 56 has the intended position, z. B. for attaching clothing taken. With increasing load on the carrier 5 , the contact pressure between the trailing edges 541 of the first lugs 54 and the walls of the side legs 13 present there and between the recesses 550 on the second lugs 55 and the walls penetrated therein increases.

The hanging of a carrier 5 is retrograde, so begins with the lifting to remove the incisions 550 on the second lugs 55 from the walls of the side legs 13 . After this, the carrier 5 is brought into the inclined position according to the second phase, whereby the first lugs 54 finally pass entirely from the position engaging behind the upper pair of slots 15 and the second lugs 55 have already moved out of the lower pair of slots 15 are. From this position, the carrier 5 can be completely removed from the vertical support 1 .

Figuren 17A bis 17DFIGS. 17A to 17D

Carriers 5 of the first version are not intended to hang two such carriers 5 side by side in a vertical support 1 , because the two pairs of first and second lugs 54,55 with the two associated side legs 52 occupy both column 17 and the respective slots 15th in principle, in full width.

For the quasi-seamless placement of the presentation rack in a horizontal line carrier 6 second version , in the form of so-called clothing frame, available. The brackets 60 such carriers 6 have only one side legs 62, only one of the gaps 17 on the vertical support 1, and with its two lugs 64,65 two in the run of this gap 17 existing slots 15 is in the suspended state. It is thus possible to mount the consoles 60 of two different carriers 6 positioned directly adjacent to one another exactly at the same height in the two gaps 17 of the same vertical support 1 . The rod parts 66 are formed of flat material, so that directly adjacent to each other hanging support 6 does not hinder, but give the image of a line in principle uninterrupted. In the suspended state, these carriers 6 receive their lateral stability through the frame-like structure with suspension in two vertical supports 1 and guide both consoles 60 between the respective inner and outer legs 12,16, which form the two occupied column 17 .

The lugs 64,65 on the console 60 have a height not greater than the slot height a in the vertical support 1. When hanging the two consoles 60 are with the lugs 64,65 ahead in a horizontal orientation in the column to be occupied 17 of two vertical supports. 1 inserted. Here, the total of four lugs 64,65 are inserted into the targeted two pairs of slots 15 lying below each other. This is followed by a lowering of the carrier 6, so that all downwardly facing lugs 64,65 reach behind the walls of the side legs 13 of the two vertical supports 1 and thereby the upper edges the walls in the incisions 640,650 retract. In the suspended state, the respective upper nose 64 is loaded, while the portion of the front edge 63 of the bracket 60 below the lower nose 65 presses against the adjacent wall. The process of unhooking the carrier 6 is correspondingly decreasing.

Explicitly mentioned are the following modifications of the previously described device for the presentation of goods:
  • The outer legs 16 are not conditional for the function of suspending the consoles 50,60 of the carrier 5,6, but are used for cornering and as a lateral stop for the attached panel elements . 4
  • The console 50 of the carrier 5 could instead of the two upwardly directed lugs 54 and the two quasi only horizontally extending two lugs 55 have a total of four downwardly directed lugs 64,65 , as to the carrier 6 according to the Figures 4M to 4O are shown.
  • The console 60 of the carrier 6 could instead of the two downwardly directed lugs 64,65 have an upper, upwardly directed first nose 54 and a lower, virtually only after horizontally extending second nose 55 , as shown on one of the side legs 52 of the console 50 according to FIG. 4C is trained.
  • The support bar 2 in the shape of the square hollow section according FIG. 5 , could alternatively be designed as C-profile or T-profile.
  • The connection between the base 10 of the vertical support 1 and the first side 21 of the support beam 2 by means of screws 99 introduced from the side of the cavity 18 of the vertical support 1 , as in FIG FIG. 11C shown, could alternatively be done by a screw from the side of the support beam 2 . In this case, the use of a laterally open support beam 2, in particular as a C-profile, would then be advantageous.
  • The vertical support 1 and suspended therein carrier 5.6 are except for the construction of a stationary wall frame, as a principle, for example in Figure 1A shown, too suitable for mounting on a building-side support structure 2 or for the construction of a mobile frame. Such a mobile frame can be placed, for example, in the central space of a sales area and could then be provided on both sides with vertical supports 1 , to which each panel elements 4 can attach, so that virtually two panel front sides 40 arise on the presentation frame, of which hinged support 5.6 in to extend the space. It would be advantageous, in each case between two vertical supports 1, the base 10 facing each other to arrange a support bar 2 centrally, are attached to the both vertical supports 1 at the same time. However, you could possibly do without the support bar 2 and connect the vertical supports 1, directly with their base surfaces 10 together. The support structure would then be formed by the remaining stability components of the frame, in particular the substructure.
