Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Materialbahn (2), insbesondere einer Faserstoffbahn, bei dem die Materialbahn (2) nacheinander auf mehrere Wickelkerne (3; 3.1) zu Wickelrollen (4) aufgewickelt wird, wobei die Materialbahn (2) über einen Umfangsbereich (5.1) einer vorzugsweise verlagerbaren Wickelwalze (5), die mit der zu bildenden Wickelrolle (4) einen Wickelspalt (N) bildet, geführt wird, wobei vor dem Beginn des Überführens der Materialbahn (2) die zu bildende Wickelrolle (4) von der Wickelwalze (5) bei Auflösung des Wickelspalts (N) und bei Ausbildung eines freien Zugs in der Materialbahn (2) wegbewegt wird, und wobei ein neuer Wickelkern (3.1) an die Wickelwalze (5) bei Ausbildung eines neuen Wickelspalts (N.1) gebracht wird.The invention relates to a method for winding up a moving material web (2), in particular a fibrous web, in which the material web (2) is successively wound onto a plurality of winding cores (3; 3.1) to form winding reels (4), the web (2) being wound over a web Peripheral region (5.1) of a preferably displaceable winding roller (5) which forms a winding nip (N) with the winding roller (4) to be formed, wherein prior to the beginning of the transfer of the material web (2) to be formed winding roller (4) the winding roller (5) upon dissolution of the winding nip (N) and when forming a free train in the web (2) is moved away, and wherein a new winding core (3.1) to the winding roller (5) when forming a new winding nip (N.1 ) is brought.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem seitlichen Randbereich (R) der Materialbahn (2) ein Materialbahnstreifen (6) mittels mindestens einer dem neuen Wickelspalt (N.1) in Laufrichtung (L) der Materialbahn (2) vorgeordneten und wenigstens ein Schneidmittel (8) aufweisenden Schneideinrichtung (7) erzeugt wird, dass anschließend der erzeugte Materialbahnstreifen (6) mittels wenigstens eines Trennmittels (11) einer Trenneinrichtung (10) bei dem Durchlaufen des neuen Wickelspalts (N.1) durchtrennt und abgeführt wird, dass zeitgleich oder zeitlich versetzt zu der Durchtrennung des erzeugten Materialbahnstreifens (6) das Schneidmittel (8) der Schneideinrichtung (7) quer zu der Laufrichtung (L) der Materialbahn (2) bewegt wird und somit die gesamte Materialbahn (2) bahnbreit durchtrennt und abgeführt wird, und dass nach Erreichung wenigstens einer gewünschten Qualitätseigenschaft die abgeführte Materialbahn (2) bahnbreit auf den neuen Wickelkern (3.1) überführt wird.The inventive method is characterized in that in a lateral edge region (R) of the material web (2) a web strip (6) by means of at least one the new winding nip (N.1) in the direction (L) of the web (2) upstream and at least one Cutting means (8) having cutting means (7) is generated, that subsequently the web of material strip (6) by means of at least one release agent (11) of a separating device (10) when passing through the new winding nip (N.1) is severed and removed, that at the same time or offset in time to the severing of the produced material web strip (6) the cutting means (8) of the cutting device (7) is moved transversely to the running direction (L) of the material web (2) and thus the entire material web (2) is severed by web width and removed, and that after the achievement of at least one desired quality property, the discharged material web (2) extends to the new winding core (3.1). is transferred.
