Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vakuumpumpe (100) mit Gaseinlass und schnelldrehendem Rotor (124), welche mit einem mit mehreren durch eine Trennwand (106) getrennten Ansaugöffnungen versehenen Flansch (118) einer Mehrkammervakuumanlage verbindbar ist.
