Claims (14)

  1. Druckeinrichtung für ein Polierkissen, oder einen Polierkissenabschnitt (2) einer Poliermaschine, vorgesehen zum Drücken eines Schleifmittels (A) gegen ein zu polierendes Element (P), wobei die Einrichtung (1) ein Tauchkolbenmittel (3) umfasst, das in einen jeweiligen Zylinder (4) gleitet und das zusammen mit dem Kopf des Zylinders (4) einen Druckraum (5) begrenzt, der mittels eines Kanals (12) mit einem Druckgas versorgt wird, um das Tauchkolbenmittel (3) zu drücken, wobei das Polierkissen oder der Polierkissenabschnitt (2) an dem Tauchkolbenmittel (3) befestigt ist, wobei das Tauchkolbenmittel (3) von der Art ohne Dichtungen ist und der Zwischenraum zwischen dem Tauchkolbenmittel (3) und dem jeweiligen Zylinder (4) den Durchgang eines leichten oder unbedeutenden Luftstroms erlaubt.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des Zylinders (4) mit einem reibungsarmen Dichtungsmittel versehen ist, das auf dem Tauchkolbenmittel (3) gleitet, um zu vermeiden, dass Staub hinein gelangt.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Hubstoppmittel (6) umfasst, das geeignet ist, den Hub des Tauchkolbenmittels (3) in der Richtung gegenüberliegend dem Druckraum (5) bis zu einem Arretierzustand zu stoppen; wobei das Hubstoppmittel (6) beweglich ist und durch Hebemittel (23) zwischen einem äußeren Betriebszustand, in dem das Hubstoppmittel (6) den maximalen Hub des Tauchkolbenmittels (3) bis zum Arretierzustand zulässt, und einem inneren Ruhezustand, in dem das Hubstoppmittel (6) das Tauchkolbenmittel (3) an oder nahe dem Kopf des Zylinders (4) stoppt, betrieben wird.
  4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hubstoppmittel (6) eine Schiebestange (7) umfasst, deren eines Ende ein Verlängerungsmittel (8) aufweist, das im Innern einer Längsbohrung (9) des Tauchkolbenmittels (3) gleitet und vorgesehen ist, zu einem inneren Anschlag (10) der Längsbohrung (9) mindestens in dem Arretier- und in dem inneren Ruhezustand zu passen, wobei die Schiebestange (7), die Längsbohrung (9) und das Tauchkolbenmittel (3) koaxial sind.
  5. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsbohrung (9) des Tauchkolbenmittels (3) zum Druckraum (5) mittels einer Öffnung (11) verläuft, deren Durchmesser kleiner ist, als der der Bohrung (9) und der des Verlängerungsmittels (8) und leicht größer, als der der Schiebestange (7), die sie kreuzt, wobei die innere Mündung der Öffnung (11) durch den inneren Anschlag (10) bestimmt ist.
  6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hebemittel (23) ein schwimmendes Kolbenmittel (13) umfasst, das an der Schiebestange (7) befestigt ist und in einem jeweiligen Zylinder (14) gleitet, der von mindestens einem Kanal (15, 16) versorgt wird, der eine Betriebs-Druckflüssigkeit zuführt, die in mindestens ein Ende des Zylinders (14) strömt.
  7. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (14) des schwimmenden Kolbenmittels (13) ein doppeltwirkender Typ ist, bei dem jedes Ende von einem jeweiligen Kanal (15, 16) versorgt wird, wobei das schwimmende Kolbenmittel (13), der doppeltwirkende Zylinder (14) und die Schiebestange (7) koaxial sind.
  8. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hebemittel (23) ein lineares Betätigungselement umfasst, das eine/n sich translatorisch bewegende/n Ausgangsschiebestange oder einen Arm aufweist, die/der an der Schiebestange (7) befestigt ist oder Bestandteil von ihr ist, wobei das lineare Betätigungselement des Hebemittels (23) elektromagnetischer Art oder ähnlich ist.
  9. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polierkissen oder der Polierkissenabschnitt (2) an dem Ende des Tauchkolbenmittels (3) gegenüberliegend dem Druckraum (5) mittels Gewindemitteln (17) befestigt ist.
  10. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polierkissen oder der Polierkissenabschnitt (2) einen Drehstoppstift (18) aufweist, der parallel zum Tauchkolbenmittel (3) und auf gleitende Weise in einem jeweiligen Gehäuse (19) in Eingriff ist, das in einem Gestell für den Zylinder (4) des Tauchkolbenmittels (3) ausgeführt ist.
  11. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt des Kanals (12), der in den Druckraum (5) fließt, koaxial in Bezug zur Schiebestange (7) ist.
  12. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (12) an zwei Gasquellen bei unterschiedlichen Drücken (P1, P2) mittels Ventilmitteln (20) angeschlossen ist, die geeignet sind, den Drückdruck des Polierkissens oder des Polierkissenabschnitts (2) gegen das Schleifmittel (A) und gegen das zu polierende Element (P) umzuschalten.
  13. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilmittel (20) eine pneumatische Ringdichtung (21) zum Schalten der Drückdrucke umfasst.
  14. Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen einzelnen Stützkörper für eine Mehrzahl Einrichtungen (1) umfasst, wobei der Körper monolithisch hergestellt ist und geeignet ist, alle Einrichtungen (1) aller Polierkissenabschnitte zu verbinden, die das Polierkissen oder eine Teilmenge davon bilden.
