Claims (13)

  1. Hilfseinrichtung (10) für die Verwendung in einem chirurgischen Hefter (12), umfassend
    eine Mundstückanordnung (30) mit einem Mundstückkörper (32), der einen Hohlraum definiert und eine Abgabeöffnung (34) und eine Kompressionsanordnung (70) aufweist, die beweglich im Hohlraum des Mundstückkörpers (32) befestigt ist und eine Kompressionsrolle (78, 80) aufweist, wobei die Kompressionsanordnung (70) zwischen einer proximalen Position, in der die Kompressionsrolle von der Abgabeöffnung (34) beabstandet ist, und einer distalen Position beweglich ist, in der die Kompressionsrolle im Wesentlichen an die Abgabeöffnung (34) angrenzt, und
    einen Antriebsmechanismus (36, 38, 40, 44), der mit dem chirurgischen Hefter (12) wirkungsmäßig verbunden werden kann und so konfiguriert ist, dass er die Kompressionsanordnung (70) zwischen der proximalen und distalen Position hin und her bewegen kann, wobei die Kompressionsrolle (78, 80) der Kompressionsanordnung (70) Material (M), das im Hohlraum enthalten ist, zur Abgabeöffnung (34) hintreibt, wenn sich die Kompressionsanordnung (70) zwischen der proximalen und distalen Position hin und her bewegt.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kompressionsanordnung einen Antriebsblock, der in den Antriebsmechanismus eingreifen kann, einen Gabelarm, der ein erstes und zweites Ende aufweist und am ersten Ende schwenkbar am Antriebsblock befestigt ist, und eine Welle umfasst, die am zweiten Ende am Gabelarm befestigt ist, wobei die erste Rolle auf der Welle befestigt ist.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, ferner umfassend eine Feder, die am Gabelarm befestigt ist, wobei die Feder die Kompressionsrolle in Eingriff mit einer Innenfläche des Mundstückkörpers vorspannt.
  4. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Mundstückkörper obere und untere Innenflächen umfasst, wobei die oberen und unteren Innenflächen an ihren jeweiligen proximalen Enden weiter beabstandet sind und an ihren jeweiligen distalen Enden näher beisammen sind, so dass die oberen und unteren Innenflächen zur Abgabeöffnung hin spitz zusammenlaufen.
  5. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Kompressionsrolle in die obere Innenfläche eingreift, wenn sie sich zwischen der proximalen und distalen Position hin und her bewegt.
  6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Mundstückanordnung eine Antriebsmutter umfasst, die im Mundstückkörper befestigt ist und eine Gewindebohrung definiert, und der Antriebsmechanismus eine Antriebsschraube umfasst, die in der Gewindebohrung drehbar befestigt ist, wobei ein distales Ende der Schraube in die Kompressionsanordnung eingreifen kann, um die Kompressionsanordnung im Mundstückkörper zu bewegen, wenn die Antriebsschraube in der Antriebsmutter gedreht wird.
  7. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Antriebsmechanismus einen Motor umfasst, der in die Antriebsschraube eingreifen kann, um die Antriebsschraube in der Antriebsmutter zu drehen.
  8. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Antriebsschraube an einem distalen Ende eines Kabels befestigt ist und ein proximales Ende des Kabels am Motor befestigt ist.
  9. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kompressionsrolle aus einem nicht komprimierbaren Material gebildet ist.
  10. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kompressionsrolle aus einem komprimierbaren Material gebildet ist.
  11. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Material in einer Kapsel enthalten ist, die im Hohlraum des Mundstückkörpers angeordnet ist, so dass die Kompressionsrolle die Kapsel komprimiert, um die Kapsel zu brechen, wenn sich die Kompressionsrolle zwischen der proximalen und distalen Position hin und her bewegt.
  12. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Kapsel eine Wanddicke aufweist, die am proximalen Ende größer ist als am distalen Ende.
  13. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die ferner einen chirurgischen Hefter mit einem Griff umfasst, der eine erste Backe, die eine Heftklammern enthaltende Kartusche enthält, und eine zweite Backe umfasst, die in Bezug auf die erste Backe beweglich ist und eine Ambossfläche aufweist.
