Claims (16)

  1. Verrouillage de sécurité pour volets battants, comprenant au moins un élément de sécurité (8) et au moins un loquet de déblocage (11, 12) étant solidaires d'un volet battant et comprenant de plus un mécanisme d'ouverture/de fermeture en mesure de faire fonctionner ledit élément de sécurité et ledit loquet pour les insérer de manière amovible dans des sièges correspondants (14, 16 ; 13) d'une gâche fixe (2) afin de bloquer le volet à la gâche (2) sur commande, dans lequel ledit élément de sécurité comprend un cylindre (7-9) coulissant dans une direction (A) transversale à la gâche (2) à l'intérieur d'un siège cylindrique (37) formé dans un bloc de métal (38) solidaire du volet mobile ; ledit verrouillage comprenant de plus une première plaque façonnée (32) coulissant dans une direction longitudinale (B) et en prise avec le cylindre (8) ; un goujon (35) solidaire du cylindre et coulissant le long d'une encoche inclinée (36) de la plaque (32), le goujon (35) étant maintenu en position transversale par une fente supérieure (39) dudit siège cylindrique (37).
  2. Verrouillage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la position du siège (13) pour l'insertion du loquet (11) est réglable dans la direction transversale sur la gâche (2) de sorte qu'il y ait, dans la configuration de rapprochement du volet mobile avec la gâche (2) et d'insertion du cylindre et du loquet dans les sièges respectifs (13, 15), un contact entre le loquet (11) et le siège réglable (13) et une absence de contact entre le cylindre (8) et le siège respectif (15).
  3. Verrouillage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le coulissement longitudinal de la plaque (32) est causé par la rotation d'une pièce carrée d'ouverture/de fermeture (20) en prise avec une seconde plaque façonnée (21) coulissant longitudinalement et qui à son tour se trouve en prise avec une extrémité d'un levier ayant un pivot central (26) et supportant sur l'extrémité opposée une goupille (29) engagée de façon coulissante à l'intérieur d'une encoche transversale (31) de la première plaque (32).
  4. Verrouillage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le coulissement longitudinal de la plaque (32) est causé par la rotation d'un panneton (53) butant contre une dent (52) de la même plaque coulissant longitudinalement (32).
  5. Verrouillage selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ladite seconde plaque façonnée (21) est en mesure de coulisser longitudinalement en raison de la rotation de la pièce carrée (20) pouvant à son tour s'engager avec une première extrémité d'un levier ayant un pivot central (45) et pourvu d'une encoche (47) à l'extrémité opposée, dans laquelle un goujon se déplaçant transversalement (48) est engagé de façon coulissante et solidaire au loquet (11).
  6. Verrouillage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite plaque coulissant longitudinalement (32) est pourvue d'un pivot (55) apte à se presser sur un côté du levier (45) étant engagé avec le goujon (48) du loquet (11) au moyen de l'encoche (47).
  7. Verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 2 à 6, comprenant un second loquet (12) coulissant transversalement entre une position d'extraction pour l'ouverture du volet et une position rétractée en butée avec ladite gâche (2) pour la fermeture du même volet, dans lequel la gâche (12) comprend une surface d'engagement (41) qui, dans ladite position d'extraction, interfère avec le coulissement longitudinal d'une dent (40) de la plaque (32), et dans ladite position rétractée permet le coulissement longitudinal de la même dent (40).
  8. Verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 2 à 7, dans lequel ladite plaque (32) possède un renfoncement (58) qui, en fonctionnement, est en prise avec une goupille (57) solidaire de la gâche (11) de sorte à empêcher temporairement un coulissement longitudinal de la course de retour de la plaque (32).
  9. Verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un capteur associé au dit volet mobile et à ladite gâche pour détecter l'état de rapprochement du volet mobile par rapport à la gâche.
  10. Verrouillage selon la revendication 9, dans lequel ledit capteur comprend un aimant solidaire de la gâche et un détecteur d'alignement solidaire du volet mobile en correspondance de la position de l'aimant.
  11. Verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un interrupteur (51), fonctionnant après le coulissement de la plaque (32) dans la course d'ouverture, pour transmettre un signal, relatif à la condition d'ouverture du cylindre (8), à une unité de contrôle à distance.
  12. Verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un interrupteur (52), fonctionnant après le coulissement de la seconde plaque (22) dans la course de fermeture, pour transmettre un signal, relatif à la condition d'ouverture du cylindre (8) suite à la rotation de la pièce carrée (20), à une unité de contrôle à distance.
  13. Verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une seconde plaque jumelle (22') correspondant à ladite plaque (22) et pouvant se déplacer par l'action d'une seconde pièce carrée (20') fonctionnant à partir d'un côté externe du volet et comprenant de plus un interrupteur (51'), fonctionnant après le coulissement de la plaque jumelle (22') dans la course d'ouverture, pour transmettre un signal, relatif à la condition d'ouverture du cylindre (8) suite à la rotation de la seconde pièce carrée (20'), à une unité de contrôle à distance.
  14. Verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une paire de tiges de contrôle intermédiaires (18, 19) reliées à des blocs de fermeture (4, 5) disposés en dessous et au-dessus dudit bloc central (3) chacun étant pourvu d'au moins un cylindre de fermeture (7, 9) coulissant dans une direction (A) transversale à la gâche (2) à l'intérieur d'un siège cylindrique (63) formé dans un bloc de métal plein (62) solidaire du volet mobile.
  15. Verrouillage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel ledit coulissement du cylindre (7, 9) est accompli par une troisième plaque façonnée (59) coulissant dans une direction longitudinale (B) le long de ladite plaque (32) et étant en prise avec le cylindre (7, 9) au moyen d'une goupille (60) solidaire du cylindre et coulissant le long d'une encoche inclinée (61) de la plaque (59).
  16. Verrouillage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel la distance longitudinale entre lesdits blocs (4, 5) est comprise entre 50 et 150 cm, de préférence 100 cm.
