Claims (10)

  1. Aufhängevorrichtung (1), die dazu bestimmt ist, sich zwischen den Längsträgern eines Bettgestell- oder Bettrahmens zu erstrecken, um eine Matratze zu tragen, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) mindestens einen länglichen Körper (2) der Bauart mit mindestens einer Latte oder Leiste, der eine tragende Fläche (10) der Matratze begrenzt, mindestens einen starren Querträger (3) als Träger des Körpers (2) und zwischen Querträger (3) und Stützkörper (2) der Matratze eine Vielzahl elastisch verformbarer Elemente (4, 4A) umfasst, die über die gesamte Länge des Körpers (2) verteilt sind und von Ort zu Ort den Körper (2) tragen
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastisch verformbaren Elemente (4, 4A) mindestens zwei Elementefamilien unterschiedlicher Härte von einer Familie zur anderen darstellen, wobei die elastisch verformbaren Elemente größerer Härte, auch als Elemente größerer Härte (4A) bezeichnet, im Hinblick auf Form und Größe identisch, aber aus einem Material, das sich von dem Material unterscheidet, aus dem die elastisch verformbaren Elemente bestehen, die zu mindestens einer anderen Elementefamilie gehören, gebaut sind, wobei die Familie der Elemente größerer Härte (4A) mindestens zwei Elemente (4A) umfasst, von denen das eine Element am oder in der Nähe eines Endes des Stützkörpers (2) der Matratze und das andere Element am oder in der Nähe des anderen Endes des Stützkörpers (2) der Matratze angeordnet ist, um den Stützkörper (2) der Matratze an seinen Enden zu versteifen.
  2. Aufhängevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes elastisch verformbare Element (4, 4A) lösbar mit dem mindestens einen Querträger (3) und/oder dem Stützkörper (2) der Matratze verbunden ist.
  3. Aufhängevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes elastisch verformbare Element (4, 4A) mit dem Stützkörper (2) der Matratze durch eine durch Rotation verriegelte Steckmontage verbunden ist.
  4. Aufhängevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes elastisch verformbare Element (4, 4A) durch gleitendes Stecken auf dem mindestens einen Querträger (3) montiert ist.
  5. Aufhängevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein, vorzugsweise jedes elastisch verformbares Element (4, 4A) die Form eines röhrenförmigen Körpers (5) hat, der an seiner Basis mit mindestens einem Verbindungsorgan (7) mit dem oder einem Querträger (3) und an seiner Spitze mit mindestens einem Verbindungsorgan (6) mit dem Stützkörper (2) der Matratze ausgestattet ist.
  6. Aufhängevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan (7) eines elastisch verformbaren Elements (4, 4A) mit dem oder einem Querträger (3) die Form eines Rings hat, der mit seiner äußeren peripheren Oberfläche am peripheren Umfang des Körpers (5) des elastisch verformbaren Elements (4, 4A) anliegt, wobei der Querträger (3) in den Ring eingeführt ist.
  7. Aufhängevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan (6) des elastisch verformbaren Elements (4, 4A) am Stützkörper (2) der Matratze von einer Öffnung im Element (4, 4A) gebildet wird, wobei diese Öffnung mit einem Zapfen (8) zusammenarbeitet, der aus der Unterseite des Stützkörpers (2) der Matratze hervorsteht.
  8. Aufhängevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei parallele Querträger aufweist, die miteinander durch die Vielzahl elastisch verformbarer Elemente (4, 4A) verbunden sind und am oder in der Nähe jedes ihrer Enden mit starren Befestigungsmitteln (9) an den Längsträgern des Bettgestellrahmens ausgestattet sind.
  9. Aufhängevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche Stützkörper (2) der Matratze, der von einer einzigen Leiste oder Latte oder von einer Gruppe von Leisten oder Latten gebildet wird, die miteinander durch geeignete Verbindungsmittel verbunden sind, im nicht beanspruchten Zustand der Vorrichtung eine tragende Fläche der Matratze vom Typ einer etwa geraden Platte bildet.
  10. Bettgestell der Baurart, das von einem Rahmen gebildet wird, dessen Längsträger miteinander durch Aufhängevorrichtungen (1) verbunden sind, um eine tragende Fläche einer Matratze zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Aufhängevorrichtung (1) einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 entspricht.
