Tablets were initially placed in 200 mL 0.0 IN HCl solution for 30 minutes. The solution was then neutralized using 10 mL of phosphate neutralizing buffer (60 g/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate, titrated to pH 6 with sodium hydroxide, and sodium hydroxide added until a pH of 10 is reached).
