Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen eines Artikels (1 a, 1b), insbesondere eines Paars Handschuhe, eines Paars von Strumpfwaren oder einer Mütze, an der Stange (2) eines Ständers, wobei die Vorrichtung im wesentlichen eine Klammerform aufweist und umfaßt:
    - zwei Schenkel (3, 4), die schwenkbar angelenkt sind und zwei Backen (8, 9) aufweisen,
    - ein Rückstellelement (5),
    - ein Aufhängelement (6, 7), das eine gebogene Verlängerung (10) umfaßt, die geeignet ist, als Aufhänghaken zu dienen,
    - wenigstens ein durchgehendes Loch (11), das geeignet ist, den Durchgang eines Bandes zum Befestigen (12) des zwischen den beiden Backen (8, 9) festgeklemmten Artikels (1a, 1b) und/oder eines Bandes zum Befestigen (13) eines Informationsträgers (14) zu ermöglichen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schenkel (3, 4) um das Rückstellelement (5) schwenkbar angelenkt sind, wobei dieses Rückstellelement (5) einerseits im oberen Teil zwei Betätigungsarme (6, 7), von denen wenigstens einer das Aufhängelement (6, 7) bildet, und andererseits im unteren Teil die beiden Backen (8, 9) begrenzt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückstellelement (5) eine Feder, vorzugsweise vom Typ Federblatt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkwinkel der beiden Backen (8, 9) größer als oder gleich 15° ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der beiden Schenkel (3, 4) ein Kunststoffteil und/oder einstückiges Teil ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schenkel (3), der die gebogene Verlängerung (10), welche geeignet ist, als Aufhänghaken zu dienen, umfaßt, im wesentlichen eben ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Artikel (1a, 1b) ein Paar von Strumpfwaren ist, die jeweils wenigstens einen Rand (15a, 16a, 15b, 16b) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band zum Befestigen (12) der zwischen den beiden Backen (8, 9) festgeklemmten Strumpfwaren (1a, 1b) durch einen einzigen der Ränder (16a, 15b) eines jeden der Artikel (1a, 1b) hindurch verläuft.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das durchgehende Loch (11), das geeignet ist, den Durchgang eines Bandes zum Befestigen (12) des zwischen den beiden Backen (8, 9) festgeklemmten Artikels (1a, 1b) und/oder eines Bandes zum Befestigen (13) eines Informationsträgers (14) zu ermöglichen, sich an einer der beiden Backen (8, 9) befindet.
