Abstract

L'invention concerne un profilé en tôle destiné à la construction sèche et comprenant deux sections ailes (2) et une section fond (3) reliant les sections ailes (2), ainsi qu'au moins une bande de renforcement (5) placée sur une section aile (3). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que des moyens (12) destinés à la fixation de la bande de renforcement (5) sont placés sur la section aile (2).

Claims (12)

  1. Profilé en tôle pour la construction sèche comprenant deux portions de branches (2) et une portion de base (3) reliant les portions de branches (2), au moins l'une des portions de branches (2) présentant un bord porteur (4) recourbé s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du profilé (1), caractérisé en ce qu'une bande de renforcement (5) est disposée sur le bord porteur (4) recourbé et en ce que des moyens (12) sont prévus pour fixer la bande de renforcement (5) à la portion de branche (2), et en ce que les moyens (12) pour fixer la bande de renforcement (5) à la portion de branche (2) présentent des déformations plastiques locales de matériau (11) de la bande de renforcement (5) et/ou de la portion de branche (2), et en ce qu'il est prévu une pluralité de déformations plastiques locales de matériau (11).
  2. Profilé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les déformations plastiques de matériau (11) ont une forme allongée et s'étendent notamment dans la direction longitudinale de la bande de renforcement (5).
  3. Profilé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les déformations de matériau (11) sont produites par des joints formés, en particulier par clinchage.
  4. Profilé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (12) pour la fixation de la bande de renforcement (5) à la portion de branche (2) présentent un moyen adhésif.
  5. Profilé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la bande de renforcement (5) est une partie recourbée de la portion de branche (2), qui est fixée par les moyens (12) pour la fixation de la bande de renforcement (5).
  6. Profilé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bande de renforcement (5) est un élément séparé, notamment une bande de tôle.
  7. Profilé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de renforcement (5) s'étend le long du bord porteur (4), en particulier sur toute sa longueur.
  8. Profilé selon la revendication 1 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la bande de renforcement (5) est disposée sur le côté du bord porteur (4) tourné vers ou opposé à la portion de base (3).
  9. Profilé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le bord porteur (4) présente une courbure dans la direction transversale du bord porteur (4).
  10. Profilé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la courbure est réalisée de telle sorte que le bord porteur (4) soit réalisé sur le côté opposé à la portion de base (3) de manière convexe et/ou sur le côté tourné vers la portion de base (3) de manière concave.
