Verhältnisgröße r bezeichnet das Verhältnis zwischen der Plattenlänge der Druckmaschine oder, was in der Regel gleichbedeutend ist, der Länge der von der Druckmaschine gelieferten Produkte, zum Abstand der Heftköpfe 02; 03 voneinander entlang der von ihnen bei der Drehung des Heftzylinders 01 beschriebenen Kreisbahn. Die Verhältnisgröße r ist bei einem einer Druckmaschine fest zugeordneten Heftapparat in der Regel konstant und kann fest verdrahtet sein. Im Falle r = 1 hält die Steuerschaltung 16 die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Motors 11 auf einem konstanten, der Frequenz f proportionalen Wert; wenn r von 1 abweicht, hält sie die Drehgeschwindigkeit auf diesem Wert nur während des Durchganges der Heftköpfe 02; 03 durch den Spalt 14. Der Heftapparat ist zwischen der Querschneideinrichtung und dem Falzmesserzylinder 22 am Weg der Produkte angeordnet.

Fig. 4 zeigt exemplarisch den Verlauf der Winkelgeschwindigkeit w des Servomotors 11 als Funktion des Drehwinkels φ des Motors 11. Winkelintervalle, in denen ein Heftvorgang stattfindet, sind in der Fig. 4 durch Schraffur hervorgehoben; in diesen Winkelintervallen ist die Winkelgeschwindigkeit w niedrig, außerhalb dieser Intervalle ist sie wenigstens zeitweilig erhöht, wobei das Ausmaß der Erhöhung und/oder die Ausdehnung des Winkelintervalls, in dem die Winkelgeschwindigkeit w erhöht ist, abhängig vom Verhältnis r ist. Hier ist es lediglich die Winkelgeschwindigkeit ω des - genau wie mit Bezug auf Fig. 1 beschrieben aufgebauten - Heftzylinders 01, die mit Hilfe des von der Steuerschaltung 16 gesteuerten Motors 11 wie in Fig. 4 gezeigt variiert wird. Claims (6)

  1. Stitching device comprising a stitching head (02; 03) which can be fed with stitching wire (04), the stitching head (02; 03) being driveable so as to execute a periodic movement in the coarse of which the stitching head (02; 03) meets a closing plate (12) for stitching products, a control device (16) being arranged for modulating the circumferential path speed component of the stitching head (02; 03) with a modulation frequency, the stitching head (02; 03) being supported by a stitching cylinder (01) rotationally driven by a position-controlled motor (11), the closing plate (12) being mounted on the second rotatable cylinder (13), the control device (16) modulating the circumferential path speed component of the switching head (02; 03) so that the circumferential part speeds of the stitching head (02; 03) and of the closing plate (12) correspond during the stitching and at least from time to time do not correspond outside of stitching.
  2. Stitching device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the control device (16) modulates the rotational speed of the motor (11) so that the circumferential path speed of the stitching head (02; 03) reaches an extreme value during the stitching.
  3. Stitching device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the second cylinder (13) is a folder blade cylinder of a folder.
  4. Stitching device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the control device (16) also modulates the rotational speed of the second cylinder (13).
  5. Stitching device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the modulation frequency is a harmonic of the frequency of the periodic movement.
  6.
