Abstract
Description
The technical sector of the present invention is that of doors and hinges and more particularly that of devices for damping a shock exerted on the door.
It is known to practice an opening in the chassis of an equipment to allow an operator to pass the head or the bust for the purpose of observation of the external environment. When this opening is not used, it may be obstructed by a door. When in use, the door is open and forms a prominence outside the frame. The operator passing the head and / or the bust also protrudes outside the chassis. It is common that mobile equipment mounted on said equipment, comes during its movement, occupy the space in which is already the open door or the operator in the observation position. By way of illustration, mention may be made, for example, of a turret or a weapon system which during their rotation risks striking the door or the operator. In order to avoid a collision between said mobile equipment and the door or the operator, it is known to integrate safety devices in the control system of said equipment, prohibiting its movement in the space occupied by the door when it is opened.
Il n'existe pas, à ce jour, de dispositif prévu pour supporter de tels chocs sans risquer la rupture de la porteIn the event of an absence or a failure of said securities, the hardware may come knocking the door during its movement. The resistance of the door then ensures the safety of the operator. To date there is no device provided to withstand such shocks without the risk of breaking the door.

None of these patents discloses a rod consisting of two sliding parts.
The present invention addresses these various problems by providing a door capable of withstanding a shock on the door, whatever its direction, ensuring sufficient energy absorption to ensure the holding of the door and thus the protection of the operator .
The subject of the invention is a secured hatch comprising a door that can be opened relative to the frame by rotation about an axis, said axis passing through at least one bearing integral with the frame and at least one hinge integral with the door, comprising at least one damping link. interposed between the frame and the door in a direction substantially perpendicular to the door, said link comprising a first end secured to the frame and a second end secured to the door, characterized in that the damping link comprises two sliding parts relative to one another; to the other and compressing between them a damping pad as they approach one another, the two sliding parts of the damping link being fixed together with a pin calibrated to break with an effort determined.
According to a feature of the invention, the damping link comprises at each of its ends an elastic hinge.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the damping pad consists of elastomer or metal foam.
The invention also relates to the application of a secured hatch to the protection of an operator in an armored vehicle against shocks that may be caused by the movements in site or in the field of a turret or a weapon.
An advantage of the hatch according to the invention is to provide protection for the operator in the event of failure of the control system of the mobile equipment.

The opening is closed by a door 2 here shown in three
On the same principle, it is possible to multiply the
It can be seen from the above that a shock on the hatch in any direction is divided into two components: a first component in the plane of the door 2 which is damped by the device comprising the damping cushions 11, 12, 13, 14 , 15, 16 present at the joint between the door 2 and the frame 1, a second component substantially perpendicular to the plane of the door 2 which is damped by the
All the elements involved in damping, damping cushions 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,
It is important to note that in the preferential use of protection of an operator passing the head in a hatch located near a mobile / rotating equipment, the device is a backup in case of failure of the control system said material.
