Abstract

The machine (1) has foldable gripping units, and an interchangeable assembling tool (5) including an open groove (16) whose curvature is homothetical to a curvature of a cutter blade to be sharpened (6), where the groove is provided with an S-shaped portion (20). Ce dispositif comprend un bâti, un support extensible en deux parties pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe vertical fixé sur ledit bâti, un moteur d'entraînement d'au moins une meule fixé sur ledit support de sorte à pouvoir pivoter autour de l'axe longitudinal de ce dernier puis à être bloqué en position et une table de travail pouvant accueillir la lame à aiguiser. La partie extensible du support portant le moteur est soutenue, de façon élastique par le biais d'un ressort, au moyen d'un chariot de guidage sur un gabarit déformable pour respecter la courbure de la lame. La table de travail est en outre montée pivotante sur le bâti autour d'un axe horizontal et sa position angulaire est variable en continu pour permettre le réglage de l'angle d'affûtage. L'affûtage de la lame est obtenu en faisant manuellement pivoter l'ensemble (support - bloc moteur - meule) autour de l'axe vertical et en appui sur le gabarit. Ce dispositif ne permet pas d'aiguiser tous les types de lames car il est limité par les capacités de réglage du guide, qui n'est notamment pas adapté à des lames présentant des angles vifs.   • abaisser la tête de meulage 4 en desserrant l'organe de blocage 11 et en la faisant pivoter autour du premier pivot 26 vers l'avant du plateau supérieur 3 jusqu'à ce que la butée réglable 24 soit en contact avec le dessus dudit plateau supérieur,
  • régler la distance entre la face inférieure de la meule 25 et le dessus du plateau supérieur 3 en agissant sur la butée réglable 24,
  • régler le premier angle α en agissant sur les moyens de serrage 29 du second support 23, puis en réglant l'inclinaison de la platine 22 en tournant autour du second pivot 27 et enfin bloquer la tête de meulage 4 en position inclinée,
  • démarrer le moteur 21 et le système de lubrification 35, et commencer un déplacement aller en engagent progressivement sous la meule 25, à l'aide de la poignée 17, l'ensemble (outillage de montage 5 - couteau 6) jusqu'à ce que la portion 20 de la rainure 16 soit en butée sur son moyen de guidage 14 associé,
