Description

The invention relates to a shelf shelf with a support area and a support area extending parallel thereto, which is provided with support profiles.

It is known to provide shelves for storage or sales purposes with support profiles that increase the stability of the floors against deflection under load. It is expedient for reasons of stability and cost-effective production to produce the support profiles in one piece with the shelf.

Die Wände der Faltungen liegen dabei zumindest im Bereich nahe des Fachboden-Auflagebereichs aneinander an.Out DE-U-71 05 901 is a shelf known, in which the support formed by the sheet metal blank, formed on the underside protruding folds. The walls of the folds lie against each other at least in the region near the shelf support area.

Out DE-C-29 19 264 a module for the construction of shelves is known, which has integrally formed with the support area support profiles. Several such modules are assembled into a shelf. The support profiles are formed of sections made by folding the floor material several times. The profile has the shape of a triangle in cross-section, which is open at the top and forms a joint in the support area.

EP 0262110 A2 discloses a shelf having the features of the preamble of present claim 1.

Object of the present invention is to provide a shelf shelf so support profiles that the resilience and bending strength of the shelf is improved. At the same time a more cost-effective production and a joint-free support surface is desired. In addition, the bending strength should remain substantially unchanged in the depth direction of the shelf.

The solution to this problem is achieved with the shelf specified in claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

The support profile is composed of two legs, each formed by parallel leg sections. In this case, the first leg is substantially parallel to the support area of the shelf. The legs increase the load capacity and bending strength of the shelf by carrying a portion of the force exerted on the support area of the shelf weight. At the same time a good stackability of the shelves for their storage and distribution is achieved because the first leg forms a relatively large contact area for stacked shelf below. Even with large stack heights Thus, a uniform distribution of the supporting load on the support surface of the shelf can be achieved and damage to the support surfaces can be avoided by the support profile of a stacked shelf above.

The production of the T-shaped support profile with two legs is possible by repeated Rollformungs- and / or Abkantvorgänge with angles of 90 ° or 180 ° and therefore particularly simple.

According to claim 2, the stability of the profile is additionally increased by the parallel sections of the support profile lie flat against each other. Preferably, in addition, a connection of abutting portions of the leg portions is produced by welding. A useful result is already achieved by individual welds. Alternatively or additionally, a continuous weld along the outer edges of the support profile is possible, i. along the joint formed by the upper edges of the portions of the second leg in the support area and / or on the side edges of the support profile. For connection, a laser welding method is preferably used.

According to claim 3, the support profile is made integral with the material of the support area. A one-piece shelf is basically more stable than a multipart, because there are no joints of the individual parts that could solve under load. Furthermore, only one workpiece must be processed, which allows a particularly economical production of the shelf. In addition, the one-piece design also increases the flexural strength of the shelf.

According to claim 4, the support profile is produced by roll forming and / or folding. The manufacturing effort in profiling the support thus remains limited.

According to claim 5, the support profile extends over the entire length of the shelf, i. from one side to the other.

According to the feature of claim 6, the first and the second leg are perpendicular to each other, whereby the support load is particularly evenly distributed.

Claim 7 describes a preferred embodiment of the invention, wherein the shelf is made of a single piece of sheet steel, for example by folding and / or roll forming.

In accordance with claim 8, despite welding the portions of the second leg at the top edge unavoidably remaining joints in which dirt can catch or can hang on the shelf lying objects, closed. As a result, unevenness of the shelf support area can be avoided at the points where the support profiles are formed.

The multiple support profile embodiment of claim 9 provides additional stability gain over the entire depth of the shelf.

An embodiment of the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. It shows:
  • FIG. 1 a cross-sectional view of the shelf according to an embodiment of the present invention; and
  • FIG. 2 an enlarged view of the support profile in cross section.

Fig. 1 shows a shelf 1 with a support area 2 and a parallel extending support area 3, which has two support profiles 4 . The support profiles 4 are perpendicular to the plane of the figure from one side end of the shelf 1 to the other.

In the longitudinal direction of the shelf 1 are located at the side ends of side walls 11, which contribute to increased rigidity. They are made by punching or cutting and then roll forming and / or folding the outer edges of the soil. The cutting of the side walls 11 before folding takes place in such a way that they have the smallest possible gap (not shown) after the production of the support profiles 4 at the level of the support profiles. By the side walls 11 , the shelf at the side ends slip-proof on consoles (not shown) hang up, which are mounted in vertical shelf columns (not shown).

Front and rear grooves 12, 13 close the support area 2 in the longitudinal direction. The grooves serve the further stiffening of the shelf 1 , the fixing of price rails or separations in the support area, as well as a catcher for falling from the shelf particles or small parts.

Fig. 2 zeigt das Unterstützungsprofil 4 im Querschnitt. Fig. 2 shows the support profile 4 in cross section. It includes two legs 5, 6, which are each formed of two pairwise parallel leg sections 7, 8 and 9, 10 . In this particularly preferred embodiment, the first leg 6 and the second leg 5 are perpendicular on each other and form the shape of an inverted "T". The second leg 5 is oriented vertically in use, while the first leg 6 is oriented horizontally and thus parallel to the support area of the shelf.

The two legs 5, 6 are integrally formed on the support area 2 of the shelf 1 , that is, executed in one piece with this. This gives the shelf a high stability and allows easy and inexpensive production by roll forming and / or folding from a piece of sheet metal.

The vertical or second leg 5 gives the shelf 1 an improved flexural strength in the longitudinal direction of the support profile 4. The horizontal or first leg 6 increases overall the load capacity and flexural strength of the shelf shelf. It acts like a belt that carries in addition to the material of the shelf in the support area 2, the weight of an article stored on the shelf. In this case, the weight is divided into a force acting on the support area 2 compressive load portion and a force acting on the legs 5 , 6 of the support portion 3 Zugbelastungsanteil. Overall, this leads to an increase in the load capacity of the shelf 1.

For the production of the shelf 1 is assumed by a Abkantfähigen sheet steel. From this sheet can by multiple Rollformungs- and / or Abkantvorgänge in the Fig. 2 shown T-shaped support profile with the two legs 5, 6 are produced. The two parallel adjacent sections 7, 8 of the vertical leg 5 ensure a virtually seamless course of the support area.

A high stability gain based on the amount of material used is achieved when the two legs 5, 6 have approximately the same length-Will the sections 7, 8 or 9, 10 of one or both legs 5, 6 in pairs by attaching a plurality of welds or seams connected together, the shelf gains additional stability.

Despite welding the sections 7, 8 of the second leg 5 at the upper edge remain in the support area 2 at the points of the support profiles 4 joints 14 in which dirt can catch or stuck on the shelf objects can get stuck. These joints 14 are preferably closed by a suitable material application. The filler material can be welded, glued or otherwise applied before or after painting or powder coating of the shelf 1 . In this way, unevenness of the support area can be almost completely avoided.
