- This invention relates to insert a winding shaft into the plastic liner, where one end. is fixed at the winding machine, the liner insert for the valve builds the second fixation and the third fixation point is inside of the liner at the bottom. With this method the winding shaft is in the center of the liner and allows much higher filament winding speed.

- the present invention provides a method to manufacture blow molded liner (3) at high production speed with center point (2) and how to place the flexible length winding shaft (1) into the liner (3) after de-flashing and placing the insert (4) with locking nut (5) and with security against self loosening for liquid and gas tight vessels.
- the nut (6) with ball bearing and inner thread is screwed in until it sits tight on liner insert (4).
- the nut (7) with ball bearing and inner thread is used as counter nut in order to prevent the winding shaft to get loose.
- Nut (6) and (7) have thread in opposite direction than the thread on the flexible winding shaft (1) to ensure always tight connection with the insert on the liner (3).
- blow molded liner for filament winding can be manufactured with blow molded fixation point for placing the winding shaft inside of the liner and no additional fixation point has to be added for long liner at the other side of the liner.
- the advantage of this invention is that no support frame for the liner is required or no additional part for liner support has to be fixed at the liner.
- the fixation point (2) for holding the flexible length winding shaft (1) is blow molded inside the liner together with the liner (3).
- the bottom of the blow mold is modified accordingly in order to form the fixation point without having any negative influence on the cycle time.
- the length of the liner is only limited by maximum liner size on blow molding machine and winding machine.
- the nut (6) with ball bearing and thread inside is screwed against the insert of the liner to fix the winding shaft and counter locked by nut (7) which has also a ball bearing and internal thread.
