Im Kanaldeckel (19) ist becherförmig das Gehäuse (25) eines Überdruckventils (14) eingeformt, an dessen zylindrischer Innenfläche (27) kolbenartig ein Schließkörper (2) geführt ist. Die aus wenigen Einzelteilen ausgeführte Maschine eignet sich besonders für die raumsparende und direkte Ankupplung im Motorraum eines Kraftfahrzeuges, wobei ihr im Bypasskanal vorgesehenes Überdruckventil (14) die Nachteile einer von der Drehgeschwindigkeit abhängigen Druckdifferenz zwischen Saug- und Druckseite verhindert.
