Claims (10)

  1. - Dispositif de charnière équilibrée (1) ayant des premier (51) et second (52) éléments de liaison mutuellement reliés et adaptés pour être respectivement fixés à une structure correspondante (54) et une porte correspondante (53) pour la rotation de cette dernière entre l'état de fermeture finale (C) et l'état d'ouverture finale (A) dans lesquels ladite porte (53), dans un état de fonctionnement de la structure (54), est presque verticale et approximativement horizontale, respectivement ; ledit dispositif (1) comprend des moyens élastiques (59), des moyens d'arrêt fixes (55) et des moyens de barre (56) ayant, à son extrémité, au moins un moyen d'arrêt mobile (57) et, à l'autre extrémité, des moyens de fixation (58), les moyens d'arrêt fixes (55) étant reliés au premier élément de liaison (51) et les moyens de fixation (58) des moyens de barre (56) étant reliés au second élément de liaison (52), ou inversement ; les moyens élastiques (59) sont interposés entre les moyens d'arrêt fixes (55) et le moyen d'arrêt mobile (57) de telle sorte que les moyens élastiques (59) au moins communiquent aux moyens de barre (56) une force contrant le poids de porte au moins dans les états d'ouverture intermédiaire et finale ; les moyens de barre (56) coulissent dans une ouverture (63) des moyens d'arrêt fixes (55) ; les premier (51) et second (52) éléments de liaison ont des moyens d'arrêt correspondants (71, 72) adaptés pour correspondre mutuellement à l'état d'ouverture finale (A) ; ledit dispositif (1) étant caractérisé par le fait que les moyens élastiques (59) comprennent au moins deux ressorts hélicoïdaux comprimés (64, 65) enroulés autour des moyens de guidage correspondants (66, 67) des moyens de barre (56), lesdits moyens de guidage (66, 67) sont constitués par des éléments allongés mutuellement parallèles.
  2. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les premier (51) et second (52) éléments de liaison sont mutuellement reliés par l'intermédiaire d'une broche de rotation (60) dont l'axe de rotation est presque horizontal et inférieur à la porte dans l'état de fermeture (C).
  3. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de barre (56) sont librement coulissants dans l'ouverture (63).
  4. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de fixation (58) des moyens de barre (56) comprennent une fente (61) en prise dans une broche d'accrochage (62) fixée au second élément de liaison (52), ou inversement.
  5. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que, dans l'état de fonctionnement, l'axe longitudinal des moyens de barre (56) est incliné par rapport à la verticale et à l'horizontale et espacé de la broche de rotation (60).
  6. - Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que, dans l'état de fermeture (C), la broche de couplage (62) est placée en haut par rapport à la broche de rotation (60).
  7. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de barre (56) ont une forme allongée et, lorsqu'ils passent de l'état de fermeture (C) à l'état d'ouverture (A) et inversement, oscillent autour d'une position centrale définissant une ligne droite formant un angle avec la ligne verticale compris entre 20° et 50°, de préférence d'approximativement 35°.
  8. - Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'arrêt fixes (55) sont en forme de plaque et sont presque perpendiculaires à la ligne droite définie par la position centrale des moyens de barre (56).
  9. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'arrêt fixes (55) sont réalisés par courbure d'une partie du premier élément de liaison (51).
  10. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen d'arrêt mobile (57) comprend un moyen de bouchon (68, 69) pour les extrémités de chaque moyen de guidage (66, 67) et est bloqué sur celui-ci par un moyen d'assemblage (70) en prise dans des trous correspondants du moyen d'arrêt mobile (57) et dans des rainures réalisées dans les extrémités de chaque moyen de guidage (66, 67).
