Claims (10)

  1. Kapsel für Aufgussprodukte und zum Einsetzen in eine Perkolationskammer, umfassend:
    eine Schale (2) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial, die eine Seitenwand (3) und eine perforierte Basiswand (4) aufweist, und
    eine Scheibe (6), die in Entsprechung mit der Basiswand (4) angeordnet ist, um eine Kammer (10) zu definieren, und die geeignet ist, dass ihre Umfangskante bzw. -rand mit einem Bereich der Seitenwand (3) in Kontakt kommt;
    wobei die Kapsel dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass während der Perkolation auf Grund des Drucks des heißen Wassers, das in die Schale (2) gelangt, und/oder der Temperatur des Wassers und/oder des Drucks, der von den Elementen der Perkolationskammer auf die Schale (2) ausgeübt wird, nach einer vorgegebenen Zeit die Seitenwand (3) exakt in Entsprechung mit dem Bereich verformt wird, in dem sie mit der Scheibe (6) in Kontakt kommt, um zumindest einen Durchgang zwischen der Seitenwand (3) und der Scheibe (6) zu der Kammer (10) hin und von dieser zu der Außenseite durch Löcher (5) zu definieren, die in der Basiswand (4) erhalten bzw. enthalten sind.
  2. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entwicklung des Umfangs der Scheibe (6) im Wesentlichen gleich der Entwicklung der Innenseitenfläche der Seitenwand (3) ist.
  3. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (6) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der im Wesentlichen gleich dem Innendurchmesser eines Bereichs der Seitenwand (3) neben der Basiswand (4) ist.
  4. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2 und/oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fläche der Scheibe (6), die der Basiswand (4) zugewandt ist, mit einer Mehrzahl von Füßen (7 und/oder 9) versehen ist, über die sie gegen die bzw. an der Basiswand (4) anliegt.
  5. Kapsel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße (7) entlang einer kreisförmigen Krone definiert sind.
  6. Kapsel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße (7) durch eine kreisförmige Krone definiert sind, die mit Kerben (8) für den Durchgang des Getränks zu der Kammer (10) versehen ist.
  7. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füße radiale Ansätze (9) umfassen.
  8. Kapsel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (6) an bzw. auf vorspringenden Teilen (11) ruht, die zwischen der Basiswand (4) und der Seitenwand (3) der Schale (2) definiert sind.
  9. Kapsel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (6) an bzw. auf einem vorspringenden Teil (12) ruht, der sich von der Basiswand (4) der Schale (2) nach oben erstreckt.
  10. Kapsel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (6) mit einem Loch in der Mitte (13) versehen ist, das von einem kegelförmigen vorspringenden Teil (14) in Eingriff genommen ist, der sich von der Basiswand (4) der Schale (2) nach oben erstreckt.
