Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Sandwich-Struktur zur Verwendung als Panzerung gegen ballistische Geschosse, insbesondere Hohlladungen. Bei dem Verfahren werden metallische Platten oder Bleche (1) einer Oberflächenbehandlung unterworfen und anschließend durch Kleben oder Vulkanisieren miteinander verbunden. Eine vereinfachte Fertigung und besonders günstige Lagereigenschaften verbunden mit einer besseren ballistischen Wirksamkeit werden erreicht, wenn als Oberflächenbehandlung eine KTL-Beschichtung (3) durchgeführt wird, der eine Zinkphosphatierung (2) vorangehen kann.
