Im Betrieb der Vorrichtung fließt Wasser durch den Zulaufkanal 1 über die Klappe 2 und schließlich über das Bogensieb 4. Das Bogensieb 4 kann eines der üblichen, metallischen Siebe mit einer Maschenweite von beispielsweise 0,2 mm bis 0,3 mm sein. Das über das Bogensieb 4 fließende Wasser wird von etwaigen festen Verunreinigungen befreit, die sich im Korb 15 sammeln. In dem unterhalb des Bogensiebes 4 im Behälter 3 befindlichen freien Volumen wird das Wasser gestaut. Der im gestauten Wasser schwimmende und mit der Klappe 2 in Wirkverbindung befindliche Schwimmkörper 6 stellt sicher, dass der Wasserspiegel unterhalb des Bogensiebes 4 auch bei variierenden Wassermengen konstant bleibt. Saugt beispielsweise die Pumpe mehr Wasser an, dann sinkt der Wasserspiegel, der Schwimmkörper 6 sinkt ebenfalls ab und die Klappe 2 öffnet sich mehr. Diese Position ist in Fig. 4 dargestellt. Vorrichtung zur Reinigung der Oberfläche von Wasserkörpern, beispielsweise Wasser in Swimmingpools oder Schwimmteichen, mit einem Zulaufkanal (1), in welchem eine das Ausmaß des Wasserzulaufs regelnde frei schwenkbare Klappe (2) angeordnet ist und welcher mit einem Behälter (3), in welchem sich ein Sieb (4) befindet, verbunden ist,
