Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Tiefdruckform, welche für die Ausbildung von Rasternäpfchen mittels Laserstrahlen geeignet ist und welche wenigstens aus einem Grundkörper und einer metallischen Aussenschicht besteht. Dabei wird die die metallische Aussenschicht durch ein pulver-basiertes Spritzverfahren auf den Grundkörper aufgebracht, wobei sich ein Kaltgasspritzverfahren als besonders geeignet erwiesen hat. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung Tiefdruckformen, welche eine metallische Aussenschicht aus einer Legierung von Zink mit wenigstens einem weiteren Metall, insbesondere aus der Reihe Nickel, Kupfer, Zinn und/oder Titan, besteht oder eine derartige Legierung enthalten.
