Abstract
Es wird eine fluidbetätigte Drehantriebsvorrichtung (1) vorgeschlagen, bei der in wenigstens einem Arbeitsraum (12) ein Antriebsteil (14) verschiebbar gelagert ist, das eine Zahnstange (16) aufweist, die mit einer Abtriebsverzahnung (7) einer Abtriebswelle (3) in Verzahnungseingriff steht. Das Antriebsteil (14) besitzt einen Antriebskolben (25), der eine mit einem Antriebsfluid beaufschlagbare Beaufschlagungskammer (27) von einer die Zahnstange (16) aufnehmenden Zahnstangenkammer (28) dicht abtrennt. Die Zahnstangenkammer (28) steht ständig mit der Atmosphäre in Verbindung und enthält einen von dem Antriebsteil (14) getragenen fluidischen Stoßdämpfer (38) zur Endlagendämpfung. The invention relates to a fluid-actuated rotary drive device (1), in which at least one working space (12) is displaceably mounted a drive part (14) which has a toothed rack (16) meshing with an output toothing (7) of an output shaft (3) stands. The drive part (14) has a drive piston (25) which tightly separates a loading chamber (27) which can be acted upon by a drive fluid from a toothed rack chamber (28) receiving the toothed rack (16). The rack chamber (28) is constantly in communication with the atmosphere and includes a fluidic shock absorber (38) for end position damping carried by the drive member (14).
