Abstract

Es wird eine fluidbetätigte Drehantriebsvorrichtung (1) vorgeschlagen, bei der in wenigstens einem Arbeitsraum (12) ein Antriebsteil (14) verschiebbar gelagert ist, das eine Zahnstange (16) aufweist, die mit einer Abtriebsverzahnung (7) einer Abtriebswelle (3) in Verzahnungseingriff steht. Die Zahnstangenkammer (28) steht ständig mit der Atmosphäre in Verbindung und enthält einen von dem Antriebsteil (14) getragenen fluidischen Stoßdämpfer (38) zur Endlagendämpfung.
