Abstract

Es wird ein gedämpfter pyrotechnischer Aktuator angegeben, der ein Aktuatorgehäuse (2) aufweist, in dem wenigstens ein axial beweglicher Kolben (3) mit daran angeordneter Kolbenstange (4) angeordnet ist. Die Kolbenstange ragt an ihrem dem Kolben gegenüberliegenden Ende aus dem Aktuatorgehäuse heraus. Der Kolben ist mit einer innerhalb des Aktuatorgehäuses angeordneten druckgaserzeugenden pyrotechnischen Treibladung (8) verschiebbar. Der Kolben ist mittels eines Fixiersystems (6) bis zu einem vorbestimmten Druck in seiner Grundstellung gehalten. Der Innenraum des Aktuatorgehäuses ist auf der der Druckkammer gegenüberliegenden Seite des Kolbens wenigstens teilweise mit einer Flüssigkeit (7) gefüllt. Die Flüssigkeit ist mittels eines Verschlusses (5) in dem Aktuatorgehäuse gehalten und der Verschluss ermöglicht beim Überschreiten des vorbestimmten Druckes ein Ausströmen der Flüssigkeit.

The liquid is held in the actuator housing by means of a closure (5) and the closure allows the liquid to flow out when the predetermined pressure is exceeded.
