Claims (15)

  1. Seitenteil (1) für einen Wärmetauscher, das sich in Längsrichtung erstreckt, mit mindestens einer Öffnung (5, 5', 5", 9, 9', 10, 10', 12, 12', 13, 13'), wobei die Öffnung (5, 5', 5", 9, 9', 10, 10', 12, 12', 13, 13') einen Ausschnitt des Seitenteils (1) bildet, und mit mindestens zwei Schwächungszonen (6, 6', 11, 11', 11,", 14, 14', 14"), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenteil aus einem im Wesentlichen ebenen Steg (4) besteht, von dem ausgehend sich mindestens eine Ausbauchung (2, 3) erstreckt, wobei die zwei Schwächungszonen (6, 6', 11, 11', 11", 14, 14', 14") sich in unterschiedlichen parallelen Ebenen befinden, jeweils in einer Ebene, die von oberen Flächen oder Seiten der Ausbauchung oder der Ausbauchungen (2, 3) geformt wird oder diese enthält, und in der Ebene des ebenen Stegs (4).
  2. Seitenteil (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Schwächungszonen (6, 6', 11, 11', 11", 14, 14', 14") die einzigen Materialelemente sind, die eine Unterbrechung des Ausschnitts bilden, so dass der Ausschnitt nur von den zwei Schwächungszonen (6, 6', 11, 11', 11", 14, 14', 14") unterbrochen wird.
  3. Seitenteil (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei Ausbauchungen (2, 3) enthält, die sich ausgehend vom ebenen Steg (4) erstrecken.
  4. Seitenteil (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausbauchung oder die Ausbauchungen (2, 3) einen im Wesentlichen quadratischen, rechteckigen oder runden Querschnitt aufweist (aufweisen).
  5. Seitenteil (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mehrere Öffnungen (5, 5', 5", 9, 9', 10, 10', 12, 12', 13, 13') enthält.
  6. Seitenteil (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung(en) (5, 5', 5", 9, 9', 10, 10', 12, 12', 13, 13') sich linear, lotrecht zur Längsachse des Seitenteils (1), erstreckt (erstrecken).
  7. Seitenteil (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächungszonen (6, 6', 11, 11', 11", 14, 14', 14") eine Reduzierung/Verringerung von Materialdicke (15) aufweisen.
  8. Seitenteil (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Schwächungszonen (6, 6', 11, 11', 11", 14, 14', 14") sich in einem ebenen Abschnitt (4) befindet.
  9. Seitenteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Sehwächungszonen (6, 5', 11, 11', 11", 14, 14', 14") sich in einem gekrümmten, gefalteten oder sinusförmigen Abschnitt (7, 7') befindet.
  10. Seitenteil (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn das Seitenteil zwei Ausbauchungen (2, 3) aufweist, die Schwächungszonen sich in Höhe jeder der zwei Ausbauchungen (2, 3) befinden.
  11. Seitenteil (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Schwächungszonen (6, 6', 11, 11', 14, 14', 14") sich auf der Oberseite der Ausbauchung (2, 3) bzw. auf dem ebenen Steg (4) befinden.
  12. Seitenteil (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächungszonen (6, 6', 11, 11', 11", 14, 14', 14") sich alle auf der gleichen linearen Achse (AA) befinden.
  13. Seitenteil (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwächungszonen (6, 6', 11, 11', 11", 14, 14', 14") sich auf unterschiedlichen linearen Achsen befinden.
  14. Wärmetauscher, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, der zwei Kollektoren aufweist, die durch ein Bündel von Rohren und Abstandsstücken verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens ein Seitenteil (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche enthält.
  15. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitenteil (1) an mindestens einem der Enden oder Seiten des Bündels befestigt ist.
