Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung (1400) zur Räumung von Material aus einem Graben oder zur Grabung oder Vertiefung eines Grabens, die dazu ausgebildet ist, in den Graben und in eine Richtung zur Räumung oder in eine Richtung zur Grabung bewegt zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung mit Folgendem versehen ist:
    - einer Aufnahmevorrichtung, die ein Sammelelement (110) mit einer Vorderwand (118) umfasst,
    - mindestens einer Grundplatte (301, 302), die sich vor der Vorderwand (118) erstreckt,
    - einem Mittel zum Wegbewegen geräumten Materials von der Vorderseite der Grundplatte (301, 302) in eine Richtung, die der Richtung der Räumung oder des Aushubs entgegengesetzt ist,
    - wobei das Mittel zum Bewegen geräumten Materials mindestens ein drehbares Element (200, 152) umfasst, das so angeordnet ist, dass es um eine Achse (202, 207) drehbar ist, wobei die Achse (202, 207) in der Bewegungsrichtung angeordnet ist und in einem Winkel von 0°C bis 80°C zu einer horizontalen Ebene liegt, und ein Teil des drehbaren Elements (200, 152) sich vor und unter dem Niveau der Grundplatte erstreckt.
  2. Vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das drehbare Element eine Schnecke (200) umfasst.
  3. vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 2, wobei jener Teil der Schnecke, der sich über der Grundplatte und vor der Grundplatte befindet, einen Durchmesser aufweist, der in die Richtung der Räumung zunimmt.
  4. Vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Vorderseite der Grundplatte gemeinsam mit der Schnecke eine Schneidvorrichtung bildet.
  5. Vorrichtung (1400) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das drehbare Element mindestens ein Messer (152, 172) umfasst, das vor der Aufnahmevorrichtung in Richtung der Räumung oder des Aushubs liegt und bei Drehung um die Achse zumindest teilweise unter die Grundplatte in mindestens einer Drehposition ragt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Mittel zum Bewegen geräumten Materials derart angeordnet ist, dass dieses Mittel das geräumte Material zum Sammelelement (110) bewegt.
  7. Vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 6, wobei das drehbare Element so gestaltet ist, dass das geräumte Material bei Drehung in die Richtung in das Sammelelement (110) geworfen wird.
  8. Vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Vorrichtung des Weiteren Führungselemente (402) zum Führen des geräumten Materials umfasst, das von dem drehbaren Element (170) nach oben zu dem Sammelelement (120) geworfen wird.
  9. Vorrichtung (1400) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Schutzabdeckung (400) umfasst, die zumindest die Oberseite jenes Teils des drehbaren Elements (150, 170) umgibt, das sich vor der Vorderwand (118) erstreckt.
  10. Vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 6, wobei zumindest eine wahlweise seitlich bewegbare Seitenplatte (601, 602) an das Sammelelement zum Glätten einer senkrechten Grabenwand angekoppelt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung (1400) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Aufhängemittel (700) hat, um die Vorrichtung mit Hilfe zumindest eines Aufhängepunktes an einen Träger (770) zu hängen, wobei das Aufhängemittel ein Element zum Verändern der Orientierung der Räumungsrichtung der Vorrichtung umfasst.
  12. Verfahren zur Räumung eines Grabens, umfassend:
    - Bereitstellen einer Vorrichtung (1400) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11;
    - Absenken der Vorrichtung (1400) in den zu räumenden Graben;
    - Bewegen der Vorrichtung durch den Graben in Längsrichtung, während das drehbare Element (200, 152) um seine Achse (202, 207) gedreht wird, um geräumtes Material in einem Sammelvolumen (112) zu sammeln;
    - Anheben der Vorrichtung (1400) aus dem Graben;
    - Entfernen des geräumten Materials aus dem Sammelvolumen (112) der Vorrichtung (1400).
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Vorrichtung (1400) von einem Fahrzeug (1440) herabhängt und die Entfernung des geräumten Materials aus dem Sammelvolumen der Vorrichtung durch Gießen des geräumten Materials in einen hochwandigen Behälter (1450) erfolgt, der von dem Fahrzeug (1440) gezogen wird.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13, wobei das geräumte Material ferner in einen Absetzbehälter (1500) entladen wird, um Schlamm und Wasser zu trennen.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei der Absetzbehälter (1500) ein im Wesentlichen rechteckiger Behälter mit einem Boden (1501) und einer Vorderwand (1502), einer Rückwand (1503) und einer ersten und zweiten Seiteinwand ist, die gemeinsam ein wasserdichtes Volumen bilden, wobei das Verfahren des Weiteren das Evakuieren eines Teils des Wassers durch eine Öffnung (1523) in der oberen Seite der Rückwand (1503) umfasst.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, des Weiteren umfassend das Anordnen des Absetzbehälters (1500) in einer geneigten Position, so dass die Vorderwand (1302) eine höhere position einnimmt als die Rückwand (1503).
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei der Absetzbehälter (1500) des Weiteren mit mindestens einer Trennwand (1508) versehen ist, die wischen der Vorderwand (1502) und der Rückwand (15C3) positioniert ist, wobei das Verfahren des Weiteren das Evakuieren eines anderen Teils des Wassers durch eine Öffnung (1528) in der oberen Seite der Trennwand (1508) umfasst.
