Abstract

This method aims to improve the head insulation, sounds insulation and water proofing qualities of the construction and at the same time to offer increasing construction qualities with the simultaneous reduction of the cost and the time spent for the construction. The technique is based on the creation of a metal skeleton on which interior and exterior supports are added (it is a very wise if wooden ones are chosen), on which cement plates (or other type of plates) are fixed. In this way a single mould is created into which the insulating material is poured (very good choice is the foam cement). The whole method decreases the time of construction a lot and gives the chance for easy placement of all infrastructures and installations inside the mould before the pouring of the insulating material. This method solves the problem of insulation of construction effectively, with total coverage of the building by the insulating material (foam cement) without leaving uncovered areas, which would function as thermal bridges. The result base on the method of construction is an antiseismic building with a totally much smaller weight than the usual ones. A building that will have perfect lines and surfaces and with an insulation without thermal bridges and leaks.

Description

DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Method of construction using single insulating mantle This invention relates to a Construction method, which can be used so much for the construction of residences, blocks of flats, office blocks, industrial buildings, schools, storehouses etc
The system eliminates all thermal bridges that are inevitably created with the conventional methods of construction creating a single mantle of insulating material, which covers entire building. Simultaneously it improves the quality, increases the speed of completion of work and decreases drastically the cost in relation to the conventional methods of construction. This method offers complete heat or could insulation, sound isolation and water proofing without any thermal bridges from any side of the building. The system also limits to a great extent the required technical qualifications and the number of specialities that is required for the completion of a building.
This method creates a single mantle of insulating material, which covers the whole of the building. This has as a result the elimination of all the thermal bridges, which inevitably are created by using conventional methods of construction. It improves the quality, it, it increases the speed of completion of the construction and it drastically decreases the cost. The system also limits to a great extent the required technical qualifications and the number of specialities that are needed for the completion of the building
Initially the base is constructed from cement and iron armature. The height of the cement base depends on the study of the Engineer and on the number of floors of building. Moving on the metal skeleton is set in a way that it will allow the formation of the apertures (windows and doors). Then the wooden or metal supports are placed horizontally onto the metal skeleton in such a way that bases of support for the cement plates are created on the left and right side of the columns. On the roof beams wooden or metal supports are placed in away to create a base supporting the cement plates on to the roof. The next step is for the cement plates to be fixed on to the wooden or metal supports on the inner side of the walls and on the roofs. Immaterially afterwards we install the electric and plumbing points and generally all the necessary infrastructure on the inner cement plates. Following, the outer cement plates are placed and fixed in such a way that a single mould is created. All the joins are closed with the placing of special plaster.
Finally we have the pouring of the foam cement divided into a 50-60 centimetres height coverage per day, until the whole area of the walls, floors and roof are covered. When the filling of the building with insulating material is complete the building is completed with the placement of the windows, doors, tiles, etc. The external surfaces of the cement plates can be covered with stone or can be pained or use any other suitable material that can be found in the market. As for the interior, tiles can be placed in the bathrooms as happens in the usual buildings and as for the other surfaces paint or wallpaper can be used.

Claims

1. A Method of construction with un insulating mantle which is characterised by the creation of a moulded construction with a unique compact insulating material which fully covers a layer on the floor under the flooring, the inner part of the walls and every floor of each story and roof of the building. All the insulating material stretches from the floor to the walls and the roof as a unique body without having any interruptions inside the mould. The whole creation remains as a part of the construction. The whole construction is filled with the insulating material (poured cement foam), which covers completely the inner part of the walls, floors of the storeys and roof. With this method the interior of the building acquires a thorough insulating mantle without any thermal bridges. The metal skeleton, which exists in the inner part of the walls, is isolated from the effect of oxygen a thing that increases its life span. The walls acquire the appearance and the characteristics of walls are made from moulded cement. Furthermore it possesses a great thermo insulating ability because of the insulating material.
2. A system of metal skeleton and supports of cement plates in a way that a single mould is created onto which all the parts of the building - floor, walls and roof are connected to each other internally. The unanimity of the mould is ensured by cross tying the wooden or metal supports onto the metal skeleton in such a way that when the cement plates are fixed no independent gaps are created.
