Claims (8)

  1. RFID-Tag (30), umfassend:
    ein Substrat (37) mit einer oberen Fläche;
    eine RFID-Chip (32) / -Antennen-Kombination, welche an der oberen Fläche des Substrats integral gebildet ist,
    wobei die Antenne eine Spule (34) umfasst, welche eine zentrale Öffnung definiert, die eine Rotationsachse (38) umschließt, welche in Bezug auf die Fläche des Substrats unter einem spitzen Winkel angeordnet ist; und
    einen Kern (36) aus magnetisch permeablem Material, welcher innerhalb der zentralen Öffnung der Spule positioniert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spule (34) eine Mehrzahl von Schichten elektrisch leitender Windungen umfasst, welche die zentrale Öffnung definieren, wobei jede Schicht eine Mehrzahl von elektrisch leitenden Windungen aufweist, und der Kern (36) aus magnetisch permeablem Material ein dünner Filmkern ist, der als ein Ring ausgebildet ist, welcher sich von der oberen Fläche des Substrats (37) weg innerhalb der zentralen Öffnung in Richtung der Obersten der Mehrzahl von Schichten der Spule erstreckt.
  2. Erfindung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Winkel im Wesentlichen neunzig Grad beträgt.
  3. Erfindung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Spule (34) eine im Wesentlichen helixartige Konfiguration aufweist.
  4. Erfindung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich der Kern (36) nach oben zu einer oberen Fläche der Spule erstreckt.
  5. Verfahren zum Anfertigen eines RFID-Tags (30), umfassend die Schritte:
    (a) Bereitstellen eines Substrats (37) mit einer oberen Fläche;
    (b) gleichzeitiges Bilden einer integrierten rfid-Schaltung (32) und einer Antennen-Spule (34) an der oberen Fläche des Substrats, wobei die Spule eine zentrale Öffnung mit einer Rotationsachse (38) aufweist, welche in Bezug auf die obere Fläche des Substrats unter einem spitzen Winkel schneidet; und
    (c) Bereitstellen eines Kerns (36) aus magnetisch permeablem Material, welcher innerhalb der zentralen Öffnung der Spule positioniert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spule als eine Multi-Wicklungs-Mehrschichts-Spule (34) ausgebildet ist, wobei jede Schicht eine Mehrzahl elektrisch leitender Windungen aufweist, und der Kern (36) aus magnetisch permeablem Material ein dünner Filmkern ist, welcher als ein Ring gebildet ist, der sich von der oberen Fläche des Substrats (37) weg innerhalb der zentralen Öffnung in Richtung der Obersten der Mehrzahl von Schichten der Spule erstreckt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Schritte (b) des Bildens und (c) des Bereitstellens gleichzeitig durchgeführt werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Schritt (b) des Bildens den Schritt eines Bildens der Spule (34) mit einer Rotationsachse (38) umfasst, welche in Bezug auf die obere Fläche des Substrats (37) unter einem Winkel von im Wesentlichen neunzig Grad schneidet.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, wobei sich der Kern (36) nach oben zu einer oberen Fläche der Spule erstreckt.
