Claims (18)
- Elément (3) de coffrage, comprenant :une première couche chauffante (6), placée sensiblement au voisinage immédiat du béton (2) à faire prendre ; etune seconde couche isolante (5), placée à l'extérieur de ladite première couche chauffante (6),caractérisé en ce que ladite couche chauffante (6) est constituée par une paire de feuilles parallèles (7), l'intervalle compris entre lesdites feuilles parallèles étant rempli avec un matériau stockant la chaleur, un moyen de chauffage (30) étant prévu pour chauffer ledit matériau stockant la chaleur.
- Elément (3) de coffrage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit matériau stockant la chaleur est à base d'eau.
- Elément (3) de coffrage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit matériau stockant la chaleur est un mélange d'eau et d'un agent antigel.
- Elément (3) de coffrage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdites feuilles parallèles (7) renferment des éléments chauffants (12) connectés audit moyen de chauffage (30).
- Elément (3) de coffrage selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les éléments chauffants (8) sont constitués par des tuyaux dans lesquels circule un liquide chauffant transférant de la chaleur vers le béton.
- Elément (3) de coffrage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les tuyaux dans lesquels circule un liquide chauffant s'étendent entre deux collecteurs (21, 22).
- Elément (3) de coffrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments chauffants (8) forment des circuits thermiques distincts (A, B, C) couplés en parallèle.
- Elément (3) de coffrage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les tuyaux dans lesquels circule un liquide chauffant sont isolés électriquement.
- Elément (3) de coffrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel est présente une ossature (4) comportant un cadre (20) de forme rectangulaire avec des parties tubulaires qui supportent lesdites couches (5, 6).
- Coffrage (1), réalisé en assemblant des éléments de coffrage (3) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Installation de coulage et de prise pour la fabrication d'un élément de construction, comprenant un ou plusieurs coffrages (1) composé(s) d'éléments (3) de coffrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 9.
- Installation de coulage et de prise selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle ledit moyen de chauffage comprend un générateur (30) de chaleur avec une chaudière, relié auxdits éléments (3) de coffrage par une conduite d'alimentation (31) et une conduite de retour (32).
- Installation de coulage et de prise selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle ledit générateur (30) de chaleur est relié à un poste (33) comportant une pompe de circulation et un réservoir de stockage (34).
- Installation de coulage et de prise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 11 à 13, dans laquelle le fluide est composé d'un mélange d'eau et d'agent antigel dans des proportions appropriées.
- Procédé de coulage et de prise, dans lequel le béton est coulé dans un coffrage (1) selon la revendication 10, la couche chauffante des éléments de coffrage étant portée à une température d'au moins 80°C.
- Procédé de coulage et de prise selon la revendication 15, dans lequel la couche chauffante des éléments de coffrage est portée à une température de 80° à 90°.
- Procédé de coulage et de prise selon la revendication 15 ou 16, dans lequel la couche chauffante des éléments de coffrage est chauffée pendant au moins 90 minutes après le coulage.
- Procédé de coulage et de prise selon la revendication 14 ou 16, dans lequel la couche chauffante des éléments de coffrage est chauffée pendant une durée de 90 à 120 minutes.
