Claims (7)

  1. Holster for a hand weapon (1), such as, for example, a pistol or a revolver, comprising a butt (1a), a trigger guard (1b) and a barrel (1c) which is provided at the lower face thereof with a series of transverse notches (1d) for fixing an accessory, the holster (10) comprising a pocket (11) for accommodating the weapon (1), comprising:
    - at the upper portion thereof, an opening (12) for inserting the weapon (1),
    - at least at one of the sides thereof, means (2) for fixing to a receiving member carried by a user, and
    - means (20, 30, 40) for blocking the weapon (1) in the pocket (11),
    wherein the means for blocking the weapon (1) comprise a support element (20) which comprises a housing (23) for receiving the trigger guard (1b) of the weapon (1), provided with a locking member (40) which can be moved by a push-button (30) from the upper portion of the pocket (11) such that the locking member (40) can be moved by the push-botton (30) perpendicularly relative to the lower face of the barrel (1c) between an active position in which it is engaged in a notch (1d) in order to immobilise the weapon and a retracted position which releases the weapon (11),
    characterized in that the push-button (30) can be moved in a direction which is substantially parallel with the longitudinal axis of the barrel (1c) of the weapon (1) placed in the pocket (11) and comprises, on the one hand, a first plate (31) which extends parallel with the lugs (22a, 22b) of the support element (20) and a second plate (32) which extends perpendicularly relative to the lugs (22a, 22b) and which is provided, at the lower portion thereof, with means (33) for moving the locking member (40),
    and in that the locking member (40) is formed by a catch (41) which comprises, at a first end, at least one member (42) which is intended to co-operate with a notch (1d) of the barrel (1c) of the weapon (1) in the active position of the catch (41) and, at a second end, movement means (43) which compliment the movement means (33) carried by the push-button (30), said means (33, 43) being formed by ramp-like members (34, 44) which have a complementary inclination and which are carried by the second plate (32) of the push-button (30) and the second end of the catch (41), respectively.
  2. Holster according to claim 1, wherein the support element (20) is formed by a body (21) for fixing the pocket (11) and is provided, at the upper portion thereof, with two vertical and parallel lugs (22a, 22b) which together provide the housing (23), the body (21) and the lugs (22a, 22b) comprising means (25, 26, 27) for guiding the push-button (30) and the locking member (40).
  3. Holster according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first plate (31) comprises, at the upper portion thereof, a continuation (31a) which opens above the support element (20) and which is provided with a button (31b).
  4. Holster according to anyone of the preceding claim, wherein the push-button (30) can be moved between an upper rest position which releases the locking member (40) in the active position thereof and a lower active position which retains the locking member (40) in the retracted position thereof.
  5. Holster according to claim 4, wherein the push-button (30) is retained in the upper position thereof by means of a resilient member (35), such as, for example, a compression spring.
  6. Holster according to anyone of the preceding claims, wherein the locking member (40) is returned to the active position thereof by means of a resilient member (45), such as, for example, a compression spring.
  7. Holster according to anyone of claims 2 to 6, wherein the guiding means are formed by grooves (25, 26, 27) having a shape which complements the plates (31, 32) of the push-button (30) and the catch (41).
