Claims (15)

  1. Betätigungseinrichtung für ein, einer Elektronikkarte (12) zugeordnetes Einstell-Drehelement (14), welche Einrichtung
    - ein Betätigungsmittel (20) mit einer ersten Außenseite (32) und einer gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite (34) sowie einem aus der zweiten Seite (34) hervorstehenden Zapfen (22), der dazu dient, mit dem genannten Einstell-Drehelement (14) zusammenzuwirken,
    - und eine Schutzabdeckung (16) mit einer nach dem Anbringen der Abdeckung (16) annähernd parallel zur Elektronikkarte (12) verlaufenden Seite (17) mit einer darin ausgebildeten Durchgangsöffnung (18) umfasst, welche Öffnung dem genannten Einstell-Drehelement (14) beim Anbringen der Abdeckung (16) auf der Elektronikkarte (12) annähernd gegenüberliegt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche der zweiten Seite (34) innerhalb der Kontur (32) der ersten Seite (32) liegt, zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Seite eine Nut (26) ausgebildet ist und die durch die Öffnung (18) definierte Durchführung durch mindestens eine Zunge (30) teilweise blockiert ist, welche Zunge parallel zur Seite (17) der Schutzabdeckung (16) verläuft, die ihrerseits annähernd parallel zur Elektronikkarte (12) angeordnet ist, derart dass die Öffnung einen ersten Funktionsabschnitt (18A) und einen zweiten Bewegungsspielabschnitt (18B) umfasst, wobei das Betätigungsmittel (20) auf die Abdeckung (16) aufgeschnappt und anschließend um seinen Zapfen (22) herum verdreht werden kann, der Zapfen (22) den ersten Funktionsabschnitt (18A) der Öffnung (18) durchdringt und zumindest ein Teilabschnitt (36) der Zunge (30) in die Nut (26) eingreift.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel (20) als einstückiges Formteil ausgebildet ist.
  3. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel (20) an seiner ersten Außenseite (32) Handhabungsmittel (33) umfasst, die seine Drehung erlauben und die insbesondere als Vertiefung ausgebildet sind, welche das Einsetzen eines Werkzeugs ermöglicht.
  4. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die erste Außenseite (32) des Betätigungsmittels (20) scheibenförmig und die gegenüberliegende zweite Seite (34) mit Ausnahme eines aus der Kreiskontur hervorstehenden Positionsanschlags (40) im Wesentlichen kreisförmig ausgebildet ist und im ersten Funktionsabschnitt (18A) der Öffnung (18) eine Durchführung (42) für den Positionsanschlag (40) ausgebildet ist, derart, dass das Betätigungsmittel (20) nur in einer bestimmten relativen Winkelposition eingesetzt werden kann.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der die Seite der Abdeckung (16), welche der Elektronikkarte (12) gegenüberliegt, eine Drehsperre (46) für das Betätigungsmittel (20) umfasst, die mit dem Positionieranschlag (40) zusammenwirkt, welcher der genannten Durchführung (42) vorzugsweise diametral gegenüberliegt.
  6. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Zunge (30) ein freies Ende aufweist, an dem mindestens ein Vorsprung (36) ausgebildet ist, der dazu dient, in die genannte Nut (26) einzugreifen.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der der erste Funktionsabschnitt (18A) der Öffnung (18) so ausgebildet ist, dass nach dem Aufschnappen des Betätigungsmittels (20) ein Spiel in der Nut (26) verbleibt, derart dass eine relative seitliche Bewegung des genannten Mittels (20) in Bezug zur Abdeckung (16) möglich ist.
  9. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der die erste Seite (32) des Betätigungsmittels (20) nach dem Aufschnappen in Höhe der Außenseite der Abdeckung (16) oder darunter angeordnet ist.

Betätigungseinrichtung für mehrere, einer Elektronikkarte (12) zugeordnete Einstell-Drehelemente (14), die eine Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst, in deren Abdeckung mehrere, einander ähnliche Durchgangsöffnungen (18) ausgebildet sind, die beim Anbringen der Abdeckung (16) auf der Elektronikkarte (12) den genannten Einstell-Drehelementen (14) annähernd gegenüberliegen, wobei die Einrichtung mehrere identische Betätigungsmittel (20) umfasst.
  11. Elektronisches Auslösesystem (10) eines elektrischen Schaltgerätes (1), das eine Elektronikkarte (12) mit mindestens einem Einstell-Drehelement (14) sowie eine Betätigungseinrichtung für die genannten Einstell-Drehelemente (14) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 umfasst.
  12. Elektrisches Schaltgerät (1) mit mindestens zwei relativ zueinander bewegbaren Kontakten sowie einem Auslösesystem gemäß Anspruch 11.
  13. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Teils (10) eines elektrischen Schaltgeräts mit einer Elektronikkarte (12) und darauf angeordneten Einstell-Drehelementen (14), die Betätigungsmitteln (20) mit Zapfen (22) zugeordnet sind, welche ein Verdrehen der genannten Elemente erlauben, welches Verfahren den Einbau der Einstellelemente (14) und der Elektronikkarte (12) sowie das Anbringen einer Abdeckung (16) zum Schutz der Elektronikkarte (12) umfasst, gekennzeichnet durch die anschließende Schnappbefestigung mindestens eines Betätigungsmittels (20) in einem Funktionsabschnitt (18A) einer Öffnung (18) der Abdeckung (16), gegenüber einem Einstellelement (14), mit dem der Zapfen (22) des Betätigungsmittels (20) zusammenwirkt, wobei in der Fläche des genannten Funktionsabschnitts (18A) mindestens eine Zunge (30) ausgebildet ist, die annähernd parallel zur Abdeckung verläuft (16) und zum Aufschnappen parallel zur genannten Abdeckung (16) verschoben werden kann.
  14. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 13, das außerdem eine Testphase umfasst, um die Stellung der Einstellelemente (14) mithilfe eines mit den Betätigungsmitteln (20) zusammenwirkenden Werkzeugs zu überprüfen.
  15. Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, bei dem die Betätigungsmittel (20) und die Abdeckung (16) eine Betätigungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 bilden.
