Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer beschichteten Papier-, Karton- oder anderen Faserstoffbahn (7) in einer Bahn- Herstellungsmaschine (1) aufweisend folgende Schritte:
- Bahnbildung aus einem Faserstoffgemisch mit einem Stoffauflauf (2) und einer Siebpartie (3),
- Entwässerung in einer Pressenpartie (4),
- Vortrocknung (5, 6), um die gebildete Bahn (7) zumindest bis auf einen Restfeuchtegehalt zu trocknen,
- mehrfache Beschichtung wenigstens einer Bahnseite (7a; 7b),
- Nachtrocknung (14, 16) und
- Aufrollung (17) der Bahn (7).

Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass zumindest eine der Bahnseiten (7a, 7b) doppelt und in indirekter Weise mit einem Auftragsmedium versehen wird, wobei diese eine Bahnseite (7a, 7b) mit einem ersten Filmstrich bzw. Vorstrich (11a) in einer ersten Filmbeschichtungseinheit (10) und mit einem zweiten Filmstrich bzw. Deckstrich (13a) in einer zweiten Filmbeschichtungseinheit (12) versehen wird, wobei ein Verhältnis des Strichgewichtes des ersten Striches (11a, 11 b) zum zweiten Strich (13a, 13b) von 1,3 zu 1,0 und insgesamt ein Strichgewicht zwischen 40 und 55g/m2 eingestellt wird, sowie eine flächenbezogene Masse (FbM) der Bahn (7) zwischen 90 und 150 g/m2 erreicht wird.

According to the invention, at least one of the web sides (7a, 7b) is provided with an application medium in an indirect and indirect manner, this one web side (7a, 7b) having a first film coat or precoat (11a) in a first film coating unit (10 ) and a second film coat (13a) in a second film coating unit (12), wherein a ratio of the coating weight of the first bar (11a, 11b) to the second bar (13a, 13b) is 1.3: 1 , 0 and a total stroke weight between 40 and 55g / m 2 is set, and a basis weight (FbM) of the web (7) between 90 and 150 g / m 2 is achieved.
