Zum Befüllen wird das Ende der Fördereinrichtung 9 in den Umkarton 2 bewegt, während des Befüllens bewegen die beiden Riemenförderer 16, 17 den Umkarton 2 mit der erforderlichen Geschwindigkeit weiter, damit die Schachteln in einer Reihe unmittelbar nebeneinander stehend in dem Umkarton 2 angeordnet werden. Damit die Vorwärtsbewegung des Umkartons 2 beim Befüllen ausschließlich über die Riemenförderer 16, 17 erfolgt, sind im Befüllbereich als Stützfläche frei drehbare Rollen 18 angeordnet, auf denen die Umkartons 2 stehen. In Transportrichtung des Umkartons 2 folgt hinter den Riemenförderern 16, 17 ein Rollenförderer 19 mit angetriebenen Rollen, der die gefüllten Umkartons 2 weitertransportiert. Falls ausreichend Platz in der Breite vorhanden ist, kann dieser für den automatischen Rücktransport genutzt werden, wie bei der Ausführungsform nach Figur 2 dargestellt ist. In Fig. 4 ist das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren in Form eines Ablaufdiagramms dargestellt. Zunächst werden an einem Bedienfeld 13, beispielsweise einem Touchscreen-Display, die notwendigen Eingaben bezüglich Entnahmeintervall und Anzahl der Proben pro Entnahme eingegeben und an die Maschinensteuerung weitergeleitet. Die manuelle Eingabe kann natürlich auch entfallen, wenn im Workflow-Programm bereits entsprechende Vorgaben enthalten sind und übermittelt werden, oder aber das Entnahmeintervall die Anzahl der zu ziehenden Proben mittels eines Zufallsgenerators ermittelt und an die Steuerung übermittelt werden. Aus den übermittelten Daten wird berechnet, wie viele Faltschachteln pro Umkarton oder pro Lage im Umkarton durch die Probeentnahme mehr zur Verfügung gestellt werden müssen. Aufgrund der so berechneten Anzahl werden die Faltschachteln in den Umkarton abgefüllt. Dies kann sowohl eine Komplettbefüllung des Umkartons sein als auch nur eine einzelne Reihe oder eine einzelne Lage, je nachdem welche Vorgaben zur Beginn gewählt wurden. Anschließend wird geprüft, ob aus der eingefüllten Lage oder dem komplett befüllten Umkarton Proben entnommen werden sollen und wenn ja, wie viele. Die Probeentnahme kann entweder automatisch erfolgen mit einem nicht näher dargestellten Greifer, der die entsprechende Anzahl Proben zieht, oder aber sie kann optisch und / oder akustisch einem Maschinenbediener angezeigt werden, der dann die entsprechende Probeentnahme durchführt. Nach erfolgter Probeentnahme, oder für den Fall dass keine Probe entnommen werden sollte, wird nun geprüft, ob eine weitere Lage Faltschachteln in den Umkarton eingefüllt werden muss, oder ob dieser bereits fertig befüllt ist. Die seitlichen Riemenförderer 16, 17 bewegen dementsprechend den Umkarton zu einer erneuten Befüllung zurück (dies wiederholt sich, bis der Umkarton komplett befüllt ist), oder aber aus dem Bereich der Senk- und Schwenkschiene 22, 32 in den in Fig. 2 dargestellten Pfeilrichtungen aus der Befüllzone heraus. Wenn der Umkarton fertig befüllt ist, wird auf den Umkarton am Ende der Befüllzone durch eine nicht näher dargestellte Druckvorrichtung, beispielsweise einen Inkjet-Drucker, ein entsprechender Prüfcode aufgebracht, aus dem der Prüfvorgang nachvollziehbar hervorgeht. Claims (3)

  1. Method for taking a sample of folding boxes in a packing machine wherein folded folding boxes are deposited in shipping boxes, characterized by the following steps:
    1.1 inputting the sample-taking interval
    1.2 inputting the number of samples to be taken for each sample-taking
    1.3 forwarding the input data to the machine control unit of the packing machine
    1.4 calculating the number of folding boxes additionally required per shipping box and/or layer due to the sample-taking
    1.5 filling the shipping boxes with the number of folding boxes calculated for the respective layer
    1.6 checking whether one/several samples are to be taken from the deposited layer in the shipping box
    1.7 displaying whether and if so how many samples are to be taken from this layer
    1.8 carrying out the displayed sample-taking and confirming the action on the machine control unit
    1.9 repeating steps 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8 until the shipping box is completely filled with the calculated number of folding boxes
