Durch die Messer 36, 37 wird jeweils ein Coupon von der Couponbahn 38 abgetrennt, wobei das vorderere Ende des abgetrennten Coupons von einem Förderrollenpaar 39 ergriffen und der jeweilige Coupon in den Spalt zwischen den Förderrollen 14, 15 auf die jeweilige Zarge 12 gefördert wird, so daß der Coupon zusammen mit der Zarge 12 zunächst durch die Förderrollen 14, 15 gefördert und dann durch den Vorwerfer 19 auf der Zelle 4 positioniert wird. Damit gelangt der Coupon zwischen Innenpaket 7 und Zarge 12 bzw. das damit später verklebte Außenpapier. Claims (11)

  1. Apparatus for the packaging of cigarettes, with two conveyors (1, 2) which have cells (3, 4) for receiving inner bundles (7) formed from cigarette blocks wrapped with inner paper, and with a slide (29) for pushing over an inner bundle (7) out of a cell (3) of one conveyor (1) into a cell (4) of the other conveyor (2) in a transfer station in which the cells (3, 4) are in alignment with one another, and with a collar feed (11), characterised in that the cells (3, 4) formed from a bottom wall (4a) and longitudinal side walls (4b) and open on the end faces and on the outside are arranged at a distance from one another in the transfer station, the open outsides of the cells (3, 4) confronting one another, and the collar feed (11) opening into the gap between the two cells (3, 4) located in the transfer station, in such a way that the respective collar (12) fed by this is positioned above the open outside of the still empty receiving cell (3) by means of guides and, with corresponding folding of the collar (12), is pressed into the receiving cell (4) by the inner bundle (7) then pushed over by the slide (29).
  2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterised in that, in the transfer station, the receiving cell (4) is arranged under the delivering cell (3).
  3. Apparatus according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the collar feed (11) comprises an advancing device (19), by means of which the respective collar (12) can be pushed along a guide (17, 18) into a position above the receiving cell (4).
  4. Apparatus according to Claim 3, characterised in that a pair of conveying rollers (14, 15) is arranged in front of the guide (17, 18), the advancing device (19) being pivotable to and fro over the region of the pair of conveying rollers (14, 15) and of the guide (17, 18).
  5. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that, in the transfer station, there are provided for the two end faces of the inner bundle (7) two guides (17, 18; 27), one of which has a bevel (28) retaining the inner bundle (7) in the delivering cell (3).
  6. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the slide (29) can be pushed through mutually opposite cutouts of the bottom wall (4a) of the cell (4).
  7. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the slide (29) is guided in a straight-line guide (30).
  8. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the collar feed (11) has rollers (13, 14, 15) which are designed in such a way that, while the respective collar (12) is being conveyed, they engage on the collar (12) virtually over its entire length.
  9. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that there is provided a coupon feed (35) which opens out in the collar feed (11), so that a coupon can be laid respectively onto a collar (12).
  10. Apparatus according to Claim 9, characterised in that the coupon feed (35) comprises a cutting station (36, 37) for severing the coupons from a coupon web (38).
  11. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the conveyors (1, 2) are cellular belts.
