Claims (6)

  1. Machine à anneau à axe horizontal ou vertical, pour l'emballage au moyen de film extensible de chargements habituellement agencés sur des palettes, du type dans lequel l'anneau rotatif (5) porte, montée dessus, une bobine (23) de film d'emballage ; au moins une paire de galets (13, 113) caoutchoutés et motorisés pour le pré-étirage du film déroulé de la bobine (23) et à alimenter au chargement à emballer, lesdits galets (13, 113) de pré-étirage étant propres à être actionnés par une chaîne cinématique (17, 19) qui est supportée de façon à être rotative par ledit anneau (5) ; un groupe moteur (20, 120) qui est situé statiquement sur le cadre (2) qui supporte de façon rotative ledit anneau (5) et qui agit en phase avec le moteur (9) actionnant ledit anneau (5) en rotation, dans le but d'actionner ladite chaîne cinématique (17, 19)
    caractérisé en ce que ladite chaîne cinématique qui actionne lesdits galets (13, 113) de pré-étirage comprend
    une pluralité de poulies (16) montées angulairement espacées de façon égale l'une de l'autre sur et le long de la totalité de la circonférence interne dudit anneau (5), rotatives autour de leurs axes qui sont parallèles à celui de l'anneau (5), propres à être actionnées au moyen d'un système de courroies (17) par ledit groupe moteur (20, 120) situé statiquement sur ledit cadre (2), des pignons (11) ou autres moyens équivalents étant emboités sur l'axe desdites poulies (16) pour mettre une chaîne (12) ou d'autres moyens équivalents en mouvement et transmettre le mouvement rotationnel nécessaire au pignons (14, 114) desdits galets (13, 113) de pré-étirage
    ou alternativement
    un anneau avec des dents internes qui est supporté en rotation et coaxialement par ledit anneau (5), au dessus de ce dernier, et destiné à être actionné avec une courroie par ledit groupe moteur (12, 120) et une poulie motorisée (19) dans une position statique sur ledit cadre (2), ledit anneau avec des dents internes étant propre à transmettre la rotation nécessaire à au moins une ou les deux roues à engrenage (14, 114) desdits galets (13, 113) de pré-étirage.
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits pignons (11) ou autres moyens équivalents de ladite chaîne cinématique sont montés en rotation sur des supports spéciaux (205) fixés à la circonférence interne de l'anneau (5), les pignons (11) étant d'une nombre tel que ladite chaîne (12) ou autre moyen convenable mis en mouvement sur ces derniers ne doit pas se projeter excessivement des dimensions planes dudit anneau (5), ledit système de courroies (17) mettant en mouvement lesdites poulies (16) est fait pour suivre un parcours en forme de U pour actionner une paire de poulies inactives (18) et au dessus de ladite poulie motorisée (19) située statiquement sur un côté (102) du cadre (2).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le groupe moteur statique qui action la chaîne cinématique mettant en mouvement les galets (13, 113) de pré-étirage comprend un transformeur à vitesse variable (20) qui au moyen d'une transmission de mouvement positive (21) est actionné en entrée par ledit moteur (9) pour la rotation dudit anneau (5) et qui est pourvu d'un dispositif de servocommande qui peut varier la vitesse de sortie de ce dispositif (20) et en conséquence la vitesse de rotation des galets (13, 1139 de pré-étirage, en utilisant quelque moyen convenable que ce soit destiné à produire ladite variation de vitesse en fonction des dimensions, de la forme et/ou des caractéristiques du chargement (C) à emballer, de façon à maintenir la tension longitudinale du film qui emballe ledit chargement à des valeurs suffisamment constantes.
  4. Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ajustement de la vitesse de sortie du transformeur à vitesse variable (20) peut être effectuée automatiquement en utilisant un logiciel qui prend en compte les caractéristiques, la forme et les dimensions du chargement, qui sont dans chaque cas introduits manuellement et/ou en utilisant des moyens d'auto-apprentissage dans le processeur (26) qui commande les groupes moteurs (9, 20) de ladite machine.
  5. Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ajustement de la vitesse du transformeur à vitesse variable (20) peut être effectuée automatiquement au moyen d'une poulie tendeur ou d'un galet qui est situé en aval des galets (13, 113) de pré-étirage et qui met en mouvement, sur lui-même, le film qui sort desdits galets (13, 113), ledit galet ayant, associés, un capteur et des moyens qui détectent la tension du film alimenté vers le chargement et qui transmet un signal radio modulé et proportionnellement ajusté qui est reçu par des moyens radiorécepteurs localisés sur le cadre (2) qui supporte en rotation l'anneau (5) principal et qui agit sur le processeur (26) pour moduler de façon convenable l'opération du dispositif de servocommande (120) du transformateur à vitesse variable (20) de manière à maintenir la tension du film d'emballage à des valeurs suffisamment constantes, lesdits moyens radiorécepteurs étant alimentés par une petite batterie rechargeable à longue durée, par exemple du type au lithium.
  6. Machine selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle une poulie tendeur avec un ou plusieurs galets de transmission peut être fournie en aval des galets (13, 113) de pré-étirage pour une compensation mécanique de la tension du film qui sort desdits galets de pré-étirage et est dirigé vers le chargement à emballer.
