Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de blindage composite pour la protection contre les projectiles,
    - l'élément de blindage composite contenant au moins une couche en une multitude d'éléments consommant de l'énergie disposés les uns à côté des autres,
    - sachant que dans chaque cas, un nombre prédéfini des éléments consommant de l'énergie sont préconfigurés en ce que les éléments (7.1, 17.1, 27, 29) sont disposés directement les uns à côté des autres dans une rangée ou dans une surface et sont reliés entre eux en des points de contact (8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 18, 28) prédéfinis, en particulier au moyen d'une colle, au moins pendant un laps de temps prédéfini de la transformation,
    - les éléments étant introduits dans un moule (50),
    - les éléments étant scellés avec une masse de scellement,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - des dispositifs auxiliaires (6, 16, 26), qui consistent en des masses de moulage solubles dans l'eau ou en des moules de cire, sont utilisés pour la fixation temporaire des éléments consommant de l'énergie dans une disposition prédéfinie pendant la préconfiguration, et
    - en ce que les liaisons sont détachées de nouveau au moins en partie avant et/ou après l'introduction dans le moule (50).
  2. Procédé selon le préambule de la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la liaison des éléments s'effectue par de la cire ou par une liaison soluble dans l'eau et
    - en ce que les liaisons sont détachées de nouveau au moins en partie avant et/ou après l'introduction dans le moule (50).
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la colle utilisée est une colle au cyanoacrylate.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la colle utilisée est une résine époxyde à durcissement rapide, une résine phénolique, un copolyester, une résine polyamide ou une silicone.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une combinaison de différentes colles.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'avant le collage, les éléments consommant de l'énergie sont traités en plus par une couche de fond ou par un agent de pontage.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les colles utilisées possèdent des propriétés de collage temporaires.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on assemble les composants préconfigurés pour donner des édifices tridimensionnels en éléments consommant de l'énergie.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la disposition des éléments consommant de l'énergie et/ou l'application du moyen de liaison s'effectuent mécaniquement.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour la fixation temporaire, pendant la préconfiguration, des éléments consommant de l'énergie les uns aux autres, on utilise des dispositifs travaillant avec du vide.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments sont préconfigurés en forme de chaîne.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on détache la liaison par une action mécanique comme un pressage ou des percussions.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des pièces moulées perçables (32) sont introduites dans le moule (50).
